I like your inventive approach to arm wrestling exercises! Maybe you could come up with some rubber band training that transfer directly to arm wrestling match? Great work!

Please make a video about your weight n' handle attachment pulley System and how can we do that at home 🏡 to be able to do all Armwrestling Exercises and also possibly more than one to attach more than one rope for multiple different direction Vectors (n also is it better to do that or one is enough?)???
    Thanks 👍 a lot.

You can just build a system like this:
      th-cam.com/video/fwh8-TWdYxo/w-d-xo.html
I don't think you need more than just one pulley cable, because if you want to train from two directions you can just train the two directions separately, meaning that first you do the movement from the first direction and then from the second direction.
My own pulley system is bolted through the ceiling, meaning that it has bolts which go through the ceiling so that the other end is in the attic and hence it will not drop down from the ceiling even with 200 kg on it. Like you can easily make a similar one, if you are okay with the idea of making two holes through the ceiling. If you aren't, then I would maybe just build a system like in the link I gave.
Also, if you live in a worm country, I could just have your home gym outside so that your pulley would be attached to a tree or something. That could be even easier setup since the tree would be free support structure for your pulley.

So pronation is the twisting of the hand and wrist and for arm ? If some can tell me thanks .

Not for arm, even though you can do them all together too. Twisting of the arm is a separate movement, but doing it doesn't negate the pronation done with the twisting of the hand.
In this handle it doesn't matter is the wrist curled in or straight, so in case you meant that with "twisting of the wrist", then the answer is, No. pronation with this handle doesn't mean curling the wrist in (but in some other movements that can eliminate the pronation from the movement).

I didn't understand the difference between this and the old one???

This is easier at the very end of the repetition where you are a bit weaker. The old handle had the same difficulty through the entire range of motion which was a bit problematic since you are actually a noticeably weaker at the very end of the repetition. This handle has it so that the very end is made easier so that it doesn't become a sticking point. Your arm isn't as strong all the way through the range of motion and that is what this handle tries to help out with by being easier at the very end.

      @@T12J7 ok thanks..
But can we make the new added half circle part Completely circular,
And can it also be used for side pressure???

@@AsadAli-om9ir You can make it totally circular, but then it would be just the old handle with a bigger diameter. Also, I don't think this 6 inch circle is adequate for side pressure training. I think you need a bigger circle so that you have a longer lever. I would just use this side pressure machine for side pressure training th-cam.com/video/0yi4TIyt_gw/w-d-xo.html
