The part that Gin using multiple stands is probably a reference of Megami Ibunroku Persona (where the MC can use multiple personas, a unique power normally bestowed to the protagonist) which in turn took inspiration from JoJo Part 3.
That Stand arc was the one push that I needed to watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventures 😂Also the reason I knew about His Excellency Demon Kakka and fell in love with his songs. Spectacular series and amazing singer parodied to oblivion in this one arc 😂
The fact that Gintoki and Joseph Joestar share the same voice actor (Tomokazu Sugita) makes it even better.
