I really like the Impossible Whopper. It was quite surprising that it was good. Of course I’ll never give up beef and no matter how hard you try, there will never be an Impossible Beef Brisket on a smoker grill.
I’m a huge fan of this product. It tastes great, love the idea that I’m not eating beef, and yes the sodium is high, but fortunately that’s not an issue for me. I’m actually on a weird diet that requires high sodium due to the fact that I have no large intestines and chronically battle with low sodium levels. I love how the interviewer said “I think I can do this at home… I need chicken bullion, water, mayonnaise, this that, my blood 😂 In my opinion, if it tastes great, and eliminates the grossly overpopulated cattle…. So awesome companies that can give us the satisfaction of eating something we love so much, and helping the environment and reducing the slaughter of beautiful animals being raised only for us to slaughter.
Tony… I also do not have many intestines left due to Crohn’s and Colon cancer, so I need as much salt as I can get. Not many people realize you can actually die from low sodium. Also, beef is hard for me to digest actually even for normal people. So I might give this a try.

1. Yes it is processed food, processed means it is manufactured by someone that's not you, anytime you go to a restaurant you are also eating processed foods. Processed =/= bad. 2. It is not necessarily a health food which nobody claims, but it's a healthier alternative due to low cholesterol and also better for the environment. 3. It's great for meat eaters who are trying to lower their meat intake but us vegans already know how to make our own burgers at home ;)
LOL there's actually a lot of good stuff out there nowadays. It's a much better world out there in fake meats than five years ago when all we had were crappy boca burgers. I’m a huge fan of this product. It tastes great, love the idea that I’m not eating beef, and yes the sodium is high, but fortunately that’s not an issue for me.
