    김치 명란 파스타
    재료: 올리브오일 5TS, 깐마늘 5알, 대파 1줄기, 신김치 50g, 생수 500ml, 꽃게 코인 육수 1알, 링귀니 100g, 무염버터 50g, 명란 1TS, 조미김 3장
    1. 마늘, 대파, 신김치는 손질해 준비한다.
    2. 프라이팬에 올리브오일, 마늘, 대파 흰부분, 김치순으로 볶아준다.
    3. 2)에 생수, 코인육수, 링귀니를 넣고 7분간 삶아 준비한다.
    4. 3)무염버터와 대파 녹색부분을 넣어 유화시킨다.
    5. 파스타를 접시에 담아 명란, 김을 얇게 잘라 올려 완성한다.

    직접 해먹었는데 굉장히 괜찮았습니다
    영상에서는 버터 세 덩이가 들어가는데 너무 크리미한 걸 좋아하지는 않아서 두 덩이 넣었는데 딱 좋았어요

    뜬금없지만 딥벨라 파스타면 진짜 싸고 진짜 맛있고 좋은데 공솊도 디벨라 면 쓰시네옹

    아니 이거 진짜 맛있음 온가족이 싹싹 바닥까지 다 긁어먹었어요 이거 3인분으로 할 때는 물 1000ml 넣고 하심 됩니다 파스타 처돌이라서 뭐 더 해먹을 파스타 없나 찾아다니다가 발견한 레싶이라 긴가민가하면서 만들었는데 걱정 할 필요가 없음 그냥 만드세요 🎉 감사합니다 공솊 다른 파스타 레싶도 다 따라 만들어볼래요

    공솊 김치랑 명란을 같이 쓰면 좀 쓴맛같은게 나던데 같이 써도 괜찮은가요??? 김치에 따라 다른건지 웬만한 젓갈에 김치를 먹으면 다 쓴맛이 나네요 ㅠ

    저 김치찌개할때도 간마늘이 특유의 텁텁?묵직한 맛이 나서 안넣는데 이 파스타도 처음에 마늘 생략해도 될까요? 파스타는 처음에 마늘을 기름에 볶볶해서 좀 다른가 싶기도 해서 의문이네요.

    제가 전에 면 따로 삶는데 원팬 파스타 아니지 않냐고 댓글을 단 적이 있었는데, 그 댓글 때문인지는 모르지만 그 뒤로 계속 진짜 원팬 파스타를 하시더군요. 근데, 제가 원팬 파스타 해보니까 이게 설거지 거리 하나 덜 나오긴 하는데, 조리 시간이 두 배로 걸리더군요. 면 따로 삶을 때는 삶는 동안 팬에서 소스를 준비하면 되니까 시간을 아낄 수 있는데, 진짜 원팬으로 하려니까 소스 다 만들고 거기서 면 삶아야 해서 차라리 설거지 하나 더 하더라도 면 따로 삶는 게 낫더라고요. 혹시 제 댓글이 영향을 줬다면 죄송합니다.
    김치를 길게 써는 건 정말 좋아보이네요. 역시 셰프님들의 창의성은 놀랍습니다. 내일 바로 해봐야겠네요.
