    스크램블 계란 파스타
    재료: 깐마늘 3알, 대파 1줄기, 베이컨 1줄, 썬드라이 토마토 3개, 통후추 10 알, 생수 500ml, 스파게티 100g, 꽃게 코인육수 1알, 계란 3개, 설탕 1/3tS, 무 버터 30g 조각, 맛소금 1/3ts
    1. 깐마늘, 대파, 베이컨, 썬드라이토 마토는 손질해 준비한다.
    2. 통후추는 으깨 프라이팬에 향긋하게 볶아준다.
    3. 2)에 베이컨, 깐마늘, 대파순으로 볶는다. (오일이 부족하면 조금씩 넣어준다)
    4. 3)에 생수, 코인육수, 스파게를 넣고 8분 삶아준다.
    5. 대파 녹색부분, 버터를 넣고 유화시켜 접시에 담는다.
    6. 계란, 설탕, 소금을 섞어 파스타를 만들었던 팬에 부드럽게 조리해 버터를 섞어 접시에 담아 완성한다.

    1:43 후추도 후추지만 마늘이 정말 다진마늘 쓰는거랑 마늘 직접 다져서 쓰는거랑은 하늘과 땅 차이입니다,, 다진마늘 쓰시던 분들은 꼭 마늘 직접 다져서 써보세요!

    캬 플레이팅 너무 예쁘고 면을 따로 삶지 않으시고 원팬으로 하시는게 참 좋습니다 ㅋㅋ 사실 면 따로 삶기가 상당히 귀찮거든요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

      이 음식 자체가 건강식 입니다. 네이버에 후추,버터 효능 검색하세요.몸에 해로운 재료 하나도 안들어 갔네요. 지방간 말씀이지요. 지방간엔 대추,양파 넣고 양파차 끓여 드시면 됩니다. 유튜브에 "양파대추차"자세히 나와있어요. 저도 먹고 있어요.
