What training do you think I should do as I’m looking to go into the paras and I’m not good at endurance running and I want better endurance for boxing any tips?
Sounds simple mate but just get out running, slow. Running at a pace you can hold for a few miles, slowly build it up. You need a build a solid base this is done by running slow. Run slow to run fast basically. Once you’ve done that start adding some interval training in, sprints 30 sprint 1 min walk. Do that 10 times. I might make a video on this so stay tuned
Hi mate, I have just been permanently rejected from the British Army, after an appeal and a further information appeal. The reason is due to a past minor knee issue which my doctor has told them is absolutely fine now. I completely disagree with the decision and have asked to be assessed in person. Have you got any advice on anything that I can do? If not, is it possible to apply for the Royal Navy after being rejected by the army ? Simply refuse to be told I am unfit for military service
It’s up to you mate, going the AFC Harrogate is longer but you get more of a chance to get ready for what you will face when you get to Catterick. Joining as an adult, straight to Catterick is challenging if you’ve got little fitness experience cause you’ll be pushed to your limits pre much all the time. For a young lad 9/10 times it’s better to go to Harrogate.
Hi mate im 14 and have a clean medical record but i was prescribed an inhaler for a bad bacterial infection that was effecting my airways, its completely gone now but would this effect me from being accepted on the medical?

You have to be clean from using a blue inhaler for one year or three years for a brown inhaler I believe
