So hyped for this. To me, this release is just as important as a new series or movie. Jedi Fallen Order was some of the best SW content since the prequel era.

I 100% believe that'll be the intro to Coruscant. Cal gets captured, the Pau'an gets his lightsaber, and we have to rely on the blaster for a while before getting it back and adapting it into that style.
Ravis and Durge make me think of the novel vs popular depictions of Frankinsteins monster.
Durge is this hulking brute that knows he's indestructible and doesn't rely on brains. Ravis seems to process all those strengths but also the brains.

I just wanted to say, I just watched an "Everything you need to know..." video on IGN. It was twice as long as this video and gave half s much info and backstory. Didn't even mention a book, made it sound like we have no idea what happens between games we have to play to find out....lmao. Thanks for being so thorough. This video was so much better.

This is probably the most hyped I’ve been for a Star Wars project since Clone Wars S7. I’ve already got my deluxe edition preordered, and Friday can’t come soon enough.
I'm listening to the audio book of the novel you mentioned right now and wow the narrator is yoooooooo chipper for this book.
This game is going to kickass I loved the first one.
I think for me, I am excited for the buddy combat system Cal get to have with his allied similar to Kratos and Atreus from GOW.
After seeing Durge all those years ago, I've been wanting a return of his species in Star Wars media. Gonna feel like a resident evil boss fight I feel
I wonder if there are going to be significant branches and side stories tied to side quests or "optional" content. I really want to play through the story as fast as possible because that excites me way more than the gameplay at this point. Side quests and extra little details are great, but I'd hate to miss out on something awesome because I chose to rush through the story
Prediction: Cal is gonna raid the Jedi Temple and get chased out of the remodeled Imperial Palace by Palpatine himself, fallen order Vader style!

I hope there's more to do in this game. Level design felt far to repetitive in Fallen Order. Loved the story though
@@jpf7942 You're in luck because they confirmed there would be rarely any linear pathing and almost every path can be traversed in multiple directions, back and forwards. So no more having to loop around the whole level again to go back to an area you didn't get everything in.
So hyped! Been waiting since the first game came out!
I'm really excited for the cross guard/heavy stance. I think its so cool to have different lightsaber sizes as well as stances and a claymore esque lightsaber is just so cool to me

I do wonder if Ravis has ever crossed paths or knows about Durge. We know Durge is still alive and active during this time, would be interesting to know what he thinks about Durge, or if he knows about Durges past (we dont know anything about his current canon past that i know about.)
I wonder if we will finally hear more about Star Wars: Eclipse after this release

Probably for a while, but some trailers definitely make it seem like he'll be the main antagonist. Probably a Jedi who got a little too "Kill all the Sith and leave nothing in your wake" that made them realize he's really flirting with the dark side a bit too much
Seems strange that they had a whole story outside of the games in book form. I guess it could easily be recapped with intro exposition, but wont hit the same

Probably, the Coruscant bit it probably the into to the planet and the first visit is having to get it back and have to rely entirely on the blaster and then later adapt the lightsaber into using it too.

If anyone is considering buying Jedi : Battle Scars before the release of Survivor there is no need. Most of the story is Merry being horny for Fret and the story is completely pointless because the Shroud isn't real. The description given in this video is perfect at telling what happened without having to read the pointless stuff.

@MeldinX2 yup, I've enjoyed most of the starwar games I've played so far, just never got into the movies. Kinda like playing a sports game but you hate actually watching sports.....
