at 11:44 instead of adding another filter to flip your camera the right way up could you just 'edit transform' the camera source and use "flip vertical"? would that work?

Hey Nutty! Thanks for this new awesome video as always. I have a question about VIDEO FILES and Intro/Outro screens for lives... I was making my new scenes in after effects and exported the videos in .webm files that are about 20mb with 00:20 duration, but it just OBLITERATES my CPU usage with OBS Studio. :/ A simply 9 second animation with 250kbs that I'm trying to place in my "Just Chatting screen" can consume up to 10% CPU usage in OBS even if the source is disabled or not being showed at the moment... Is it normal? Do you know any ways or tips for making cool animated "Starting soon" and "Stream ending" scenes without exploding my pc? Thank you!!

I have a question involving Move Values. I keep having an issue with Move Values where they will forget what they are being linked to. ex. I have color correction, with move in, and move out, both pointing to the opacity of color correction. Sometimes, when I open OBS, the Move Out will still say it is looking at Color Correction, but where it was pointed to Opacity is now blank. Does this happen with you?
I just add a source of "elgato gane capture HD" and everytime i open obs, it got glitchy and changes it size no matter what i do.
Can you help me out to fix that issue?

You should use Dual Filtering whenever blurring large objects. It's way more efficient than the other options. Gaussian is still fine for blurring smaller objects.
Dual filtering is not granular enough for keyframing. You can only adjust the blur size in integers 1-16, so animating it with Move Value is very choppy.
i would think you could also use native transform in OBS itself to flip your camera around and not have to go through the extra steps.

Hey Nutty After i install fx plugin and added the Blur effect when ai tried to do the Move Value the plugin is showing disable. I tried to enable it but does not work in fact it make my obs to crash. Now I cannot remove the blur filter effect neither the move value filter. Every time I try to remove them my obs crash. Any help with this?

Ok, so you got a sub based on this vid...... I tweaked it for hotkeys and NextMove and set StartTrigger to Activate to stop the filters getting hidden after activation (either your MovePlugin is not up to date or mine is)

Great stuff Nutty, very informative and entertaining...Can you tell me, I have OBS Studio 26.0.2 installed with Move Source, Move Transiton and Move Transition Override in my filters, however how do I determine which version I have and/or do I need to install Move transition 2.0.1 which pre-dates OBS 26? also how do I get the 3D effect and Blur effect into my filters....Many Thanks...keep getting Nuttier...
(1) If you're not sure, just re-install it to make sure you're completely up to date

So I have tried the Big head with 2 different computers with 2 different cameras (Web cams one C920 other Razer Kiyo). Trying to do the big head. It works for a bit then it does something to the camera and the light on the camera just starts flashing and I have to deactivate and reactive the camera to get it working again. Any ideas?

Yes but it's much more complicated than you would think it is.
My StreamFX sometimes is getting bugged. If I have a blur effect for example on my scene, at some point the blur effect breaks and the scene goes blank
I can't seem to get this to work in Lioranboard for the life of me but I got it working on my Streamdeck just fine with OBS Tools. *shrug* 🤔

you can import HTML into streamlabs... Hence, all that you mentioned can be done in streamlabs.

Are all your in camera setting perfect? Took me a couple videos to dial that in with my Sony a6100.

Touch Portal doesn't recognize the filters on my sources or scenes in OBS Studio. It's communicating properly. I can switch scenes and toggle sources. But filters don't show up at all. It just says "This source has no filter". Has anyone had this issue? Thanks all!

In lioranboard you can make a button with command lines to enable the filter(s), in the same way Nutty made buttons in Touch Portal.
You seem weellll versed in obs... I have a question. we have a cam that moves freely as 3 of us are doing a pod. we have a green screen behind us. we have an image as the background in the scene that is visible to the audience. is there a way to automate the background to move freely as the cam does.. for instance when it pans right the background picture would shift right to move with the camera? I haven't seen anything online to suggest so. Only for post edit in after effects with trackers. Any help is greatly appreciated! You're almost to 100k heres a new sub! thanks
