I have 2 greyhounds, who came from rescues. Both were used for hunting and as a result I can't let them off leed, they are sweethearts but small dogs or other animals become prey. I really wish I could let them off but I respect others in the park. U guys are doin fantastic work . If I didn't have the family I'd be doing the same as you guys. Keep it up.
Having 2 beagles who love to abandon us on walks in favour of sniffing out deer, rabbits, squirrels etc. I can completely understand keeping AJ on his lead, never mind his cruciates. We were once 'abandoned' on Christmas Day at 3.30pm on the way back from Catbells to our van after I had suggested they went on the lead. 'Sensible' husband thought they would be fine and didn't respond well to the tears and "I told you so!" over an hour later! Beagles well happy and oblivious to the drama - though certain they would have been scared to death and turned tail immediately, had the source of their sniffs turned to confront them! We now have a tracker which doesn't bring them back sadly, but does reassure us we know where they are - hubby is still stupid, sorry, brave and still lets them off! Merry Christmas 🎅
For your solo single female traveller….i travelled the Wild Atlantic Way on my own and never even came close to having any issues. Everyone was lovely! One of my top trips to Europe ever!
Fully understand your concern re AJ and the precautions you take. We have 2 Beagles aged 9. One of them had TPLO Cruciate surgery aged 3, thankfully the other leg has been fine, as the percentage rate of a second leg going is around 70% She’s been on daily medication for a number of years as she has a lot of arthritis. She has also had Meningitis twice, first time was just before her 1st birthday, such a horrible illness in dogs. Despite all that she still just loves to run on the beach & enjoys life. We are so lucky to have them both as you guys are with AJ. 😊

I’m 67 I’ve never wanted children- I love my nephews and niece to bits I’ll do anything for them, but I never wanted my own child. I don’t consider myself selfish, just that I have self knowledge sending love for safe and happy travels

Love oddball people. Converted a 41 seater coach to a mobile home back in the early 70s (wife and 2 children). Police were friendly in those days, if there were complaints they would stop and suggest a suitable location to stop for a day or two. Lived on an 8 metre Bobcat catamaran for a year sailing around the UK. Also lived in caravans as we travelled round Britain. Now bricks and mortar so I have something to leave to the children and at 76 I need a relatively quiet life. Keep up the good work!

Great video ladies. CONFIDENCE is often an issue. I pushed myself into a P.O.C. (Potential Officer Cadet Course) with the British Army at only 18. I was challenged with lots of new sports: Pot-holing, surf canoeing, Rock climbing/Abseiling, escape & evasion, trekking, touch the Land Rover, etc. I was asked to try again, the next year, but JOINED UP instead. I have lived/worked in Germany, Kazakhstan, China and now Thailand. visited 24 countries. Had at least 3 careers in Education, Finance, and Technology. Push yourself to HAVE A GO! Confidence is just a state or mind and a bit of acting/bluffing. I encourage everyone to experience life's challenges and fail, but by failing you learn. I failed my first driving test at 18 but went onto drive class 3, then class 1 trucks. HAVING A GO, is KEY.

Yep our 8 year old chocolate lab has just had her second back leg done + at the same time we have got ourselves a Romanian rescue that has dropped into our laps at the same time ! So it's a mad house stopping our lab from running about like a nob with her new little sister, but good on you guys , great vlog as always :)

There are vegan spice bags in the supermarkets in Ireland, you’ll find them in the freezer. I pretty much lived on them while I was out there this Autumn. Aldi in the UK also just released the same thing (though it’s called something like ch*kn strips and chips.) I found out about it this morning on a vegan page’s social media post and popped into pick some up today and had one for my dinner! 😋

CONFIDENCE is often an issue. I pushed myself into a P.O.C. (Potential Officer Cadet Course) with the British Army at only 18. I was challenged with lots of new sports: Pot-holing, surf canoeing, Rock climbing/Abseiling, escape & evasion, trekking, touch the Land Rover, etc. I was asked to try again, the next year, but JOINED UP instead. I have lived/worked in Germany, Kazakhstan, China and now Thailand. visited 24 countries. Had at least 3 careers in Education, Finance, and Technology.
Push yourself to HAVE A GO! Confidence is just a state or mind and a bit of acting/bluffing. I encourage everyone to experience life's challenges and fail, but by failing you learn. I failed my first driving test at 18 but went onto drive class 3, then class 1 trucks.
HAVING A GO, is KEY.

I went solo. And my overriding sense, was the lonliness. And driving simultaneously managing the route on my phone. And driving a diesel engine. Starting it daily.

Wrong! we already have. I can't remember which episode number, but it was where she had a ride on a ground based free fall machine. After the ride we saw (only for a few seconds) the aforementioned Louise sans headware. I think she made reference to it so she must have known about it. Anyone else remember that episode?

Yep our 8 year old chocolate lab has just had her second back leg done + at the same time we have got ourselves a Romanian rescue that has dropped into our laps at the same time ! So it's a mad house stopping our lab from running about like a nob with her new little sister, but good on you guys , great vlog as always :)

Hi Guys, given wet clothes is the biggest issue have you ever considered one of the drysoon heated airers. There’s a slimline one that might fit between your front seats and dry your wet clothes quicker. They fold down small too. Just a thought

There are vegan spice bags in the supermarkets in Ireland, you’ll find them in the freezer. I pretty much lived on them while I was out there this Autumn.
Aldi in the UK also just released the same thing (though it’s called something like ch*kn strips and chips.) I found out about it this morning on a vegan page’s social media post and popped into pick some up today and had one for my dinner! 😋
