My question is if you are a Ghanaian Man that marries an American Woman that came to Ghana to visit and she goes back to the states and the Ghanaian Man realize the marriage is not going to work.. So can the Ghanaian Man divorce the American Woman without her coming back to Ghana???
Yes please. If it is a divorce at the court, the American will be served with the court processes. She can decide not to come to court but the divorce can go on without her.

The court can make an order for the documents to be posted on the wall of his house, served on his boss, served on any other person in his house etc. 3 years, oh no! Please tell the registrar or the court your problem, and they will help you do a substituted service on him.

Please use the same process. They will serve him in the house where he last lived and or some known relatives.

Court appointed servers are responsible for all all that.

The man has to be served by all means. If he cannot be served personally, the court may direct other means by which he can be served.

The court bailiffs will serve the man. She has to give the address of the man and direct the service.

It depends. It can even be one day. You just have to direct the bailiff and pay the transportation involved.
