Smart move on registering for the swing instead of the mamaroo (in my opinion anyway). We got that same exact swing and then I ended up getting a mamaroo as well. Luckily I got the mamaroo off Craigslist for a third of the price it retails for. My 3 month old like the mamaroo for about 5 days. He has loved his swing for going on 3 months now. I'm SO glad we got the swing too, if not we would've been having to go out and buy one after he was born. The swing is really cute and the material in the seat is so soft & cozy! And it's a bonus that it plugs in so you don't have to spend a small fortune on batteries!
I literally cried when you told the grandmother story. My nanny (grandmother) also makes quilts for all her great grandchildren. We've been trying with no luck for three years now.
Let me know how you like your Modes stroller. I wish they would of had that out when I was pregnant with my daughter. Seems like they always come out with the cool stuff after.

wow really stuck up in my opinion thinks she's better than everybody, I doubt that lady that will approach you about the bathtub was trying to be rude I'm pretty sure she was trying to give you a mother's opinion but hey if it makes you feel better to put her down go right ahead and showed your true colors.

She wasn't exactly the nicest person I have come across with unsolicited advice either she was very demanding and instant when she butted into my conversation.
