Well a microphone usually has delayed audio which makes it look sync'd in. But whats most likely is that for this video they used the actual tracks audio as the quality of the live music wasn't good enough.

So happy to find this on TH-cam. I watched the ceremony live on TV, but here they decided to stop for the ads just at the beginning of Kygo's performance. I was so disappointed since I'd been waiting for him :(
