My guess is that your dad is Romani....a group of gypsies that reside in Romania and nearby parts of Europe. Many of them descended from Indians, 100s of years ago. Look it up.
Makes sense actually, indian race is kinda the race with Caucasian features but darker colour, and you kinda have that mix so you kinda look Indian. Caucasian features with a darker colour.

Definitely not "mostly" India or Pakistan. Not from hair and facial features. But if her father is Balkan, then she might have some Roma (nomadic people from Rajastan in India). But not the majority of her heritage. This lady looks more like a mixture of European and African (West or Central). Correction: just noticed her father is Romanian: then likely a Roma grandparent, who are Indians. Romas from Romania are Indians mixed with European.
Thanks for sharing. Hey you never know. Some people with the Ancestry DNA are helpful in helping out. I have found a few additional cousins. And I may have found a recent connection with a long lost relative, great aunt, of my biological father. So right now we are both asking questions and messaging each in Ancestry message box to help with the connection. For me, what helped is I filtered the relatives based on who has logged in recently. Typically if they are logged in recently in the last few days or weeks and have been member a for a while, I have found to be the most helpful. Heck I am 25% European with 2 apparently Black parents. I can't wait for my mom's results to come back to compare hers! Best to you on your journey on finding relatives!

Have you tried uploading your Raw dna file to other websites such as GEDmatch and DNA.land? it is free and it might help you. Also, if you test at least one of your parents it can help you figure out which of your matches are from what parent
Your Caucasus may be your dad's Romanian roots. Remember your dad's culture, ethnicity and genetic ancestry are all different. Do your family tree. Also, read the historical changes in the Baltic, and Eastern European regions. There are ties between Romania and British gypsy companies.

You should run your results through GedMatch! I swear we have almost the same exact percentages. We thought my white side was Irish, it came back as Great Britain but Gedmatch specifies more. All of the British is actually German. The Middle eastern is Pakistani. And for some reason the South Asia is another Pakistani native.
The 3% South Asian Admixture means your dad is part Romani, whose origins lie in North West India. The 8% West Asian/Middle East also likely part of their admixture, as well as some European too.

So, my looks and smile went back three generations. You never know which genes will dominate. It may not dominate in numbers but it just comes out in you. So, she took back from that 1/4th Turkish. Yeah, I understand. You are 50% of your parents, 25% of your grandparents, and on and one. So, those great grandparents and great great grandparents etc. are still contributing to your DNA. You never know sometimes.

Romanians are partly of Indian descent. The commercial dna can't pick up everything. Caucasus and South Asia along with the European could reflect your Romanian origin.
