Glad to see you back! I have an Absinthe cocktail for you. A take on the Death in the afternoon. A Rose in the Afternoon 2 oz (60ml) Blanche Absinthe ( I like La Clandestine) 2 Dashes of Rose Water 2 oz (60ml) Pink Champagne or sparkling wine Combine into a mixing glass Stir briskly to louche and remove some bubbles Serve in a chilled Coup glass On special occasions garnish with a few Rose petals on a pick. (but not necessary)
Glad you're back! I actually gained an appreciation for alcohol because of you. Before I stumbled upon your channel alcoholic beverages to me were basically nasty liquid for getting drunk. Now my view of it is like an extension of culinary arts.
Glad to see you guys back, I missed watching these. When I discovered your channel back in 2015, I have since done a lot of experimenting on my own, and have enjoyed making these for my guests and family.
"Simple, Anyone can make it, Easy to source ingredients" This is a classic. We call it "The Grinch" -50ml Vodka -50ml Sourz -15ml Lime juice Pour as is with a slice of ginger, garnish with some olive oil poured over a bar spoon. 100% quality drink
Great video yet again welcome back!!! Here's one of my current favorites. Twist on an Espresso Martini I suppose Espresso Caracas 40ml Diplomatico Exclusiva Reserva 25ml Salted Caramel Kahlua 50ml Espresso 10ml Sugar Syrup (1:1) Two/Three Dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters Shake and Double strain into a chilled coupe glass Garnish with piece of dark chocolate
HELL YEAH COCKTAILS! Thank you so much for the upload, always excited for your stuff :D Oh and Gerard is pretty amazing. The angles are overall innovative and sometimes mindbending (especially in earlier videos) while half of them are freehanded and the little editing playfulness shows confidence in their work. Great stuff!
First of all, I am very excited to see you back. Second, I have shared many of your cocktails with family and friends. They were blown away with Satans Whiskers, Bijou and many others. After a few nights they voted that I stay with their favorite, which is the Manhattan. 2 oz rye whiskey,1 oz Carpano Antica Formula, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. The area code for Manhattan itself, garnish with Luxardo cherries x2. Thanks again for sharing these viewer cocktails, and Welcome back, Terry.
Your videos inspired me to try mixing my own concoctions, can’t say I’m any good at it yet but it’s heaps of fun! Absolutely the best cocktail videos on the internet and so happy to see you back!!
I don't know if it's still relevant, but for me, understanding the flavour notes of the spirits, and adjusting the other ingredients according to the spirits, really helped me improve my recipes. Also i had to taste like a 150 different drinks to get some experience to the knowledge as well. Find your favorites first, like a top 5 cocktail. You can choose so many paths from that point. Greetings from a tiki bartender😁
For the next video, try this cocktail. " Spice Boulevard " - 30ml of Moonshine Cinnamon - 30ml of white vermouth - 30ml of Biancosarti liquer - 2 dash of orange bitter stir in a mixing glass and strain in a rock glass orange zest and cinnamon stick Thank you _\m/ Greetings from Frank
Glad to see my favourite cocktail channel back in action! One question/feedback from me. When you showcase the finished cocktail, like at 2:50, can you add the list of the ingredients below the cocktail name? I'd think that that would help a lot of people at home remember the ingredients better for when they try to make the cocktails themselves
Always love to see which bourbon European drink mixers use. I wouldn't have guessed Early Times in this case. Solid choice though. Early Times is an authentic bourbon that's often overlooked in the US because it's usually on the mid to bottom shelf. Evan Williams is often disregarded for the same reason. Especially the single barrel variant
First of all, I’m a boy (20)😂 But my reaction, when I saw that a new video of you guys came out and that my cocktail was featured, was just like a little girl 😂 Love you and will visit you when I’m in London the next time !
Great videos, heres an idea. How bout discuss on bar apparatus, and how one should store liquor. Also what goes with what, the general do's and don't etc.
Really love the channel! A wee cocktail I put together inspired by a recipe on Bake Off! The Velvet Lychee: 1 egg white 45ml of dry gin (Makar works great) 20ml lychee liquer 15ml lime juice 10ml lemon juice dash of grapefruit bitters 4 mint leaves dry shake, then shake over ice, then strain into a cocktail glass, garnish by floating one large mint leaf. Enjoy!
One of my favorite cocktails is a twist on a Cosmopolitan. But lemon juice changed for lime, vodka changed for gin, and trippel sec changed for aperol. It's really nice.
prepare it this in a high ball: 1-few leaves of mint 2-rosmarine 3- 4-5 strawberries 4- 4-5 rasberries 5- 20 lemon 6- 50 gin add ice stir it and garnish with rosmarine. probably the best cocktail you have tasted.
Pineapple and Sage Caprioska 👌🏻 60ml Vodka 20ml Sugar Syrup Juice from half a lime 2 Wedges of Fresh Pineapple Black Pepper Sage Muddle 1 wedge of pineapple, a sage leaf, 2 grinds of black pepper, lime juice and simple syrup. Add vodka and shake in a boston shaker with ice. Dump into an old-fashion glass. Garnish with 3 pineapple leaves sticking up around the edge, 1 sage leaf in the middle and a grind of black pepper. Use a straw to drink.
Hey there, just wanted to say that I just started watching your videos and that I really appreciate the tone and presentation you have with your videos. It has been my experience that some people in the bartending/ cocktail industry can come off as exclusionists and your channel is very open and welcoming. It's a nice touch and definitely something people appreciate. As for the subscriber cocktails, i have one that I was allowed by the creator to take with me, and it is called the James Joint 1.5 oz buffalo trace or similar bourbon .25 oz sloe gin .25 oz of Allspice 2 dash Ango bitters .25 oz simple syrup serve over ice in a rocks glass now I took this to one craft bartender and they recommended to increase the slow gin to .5 oz and to do away with the simple syrup. Their recommendation helped make sure the shot didn't come off too sweet and added a nice balance. However, it's up to you. Cheers, and thank you for your work
AGAFRESH 45 ml Tequila Patron Bianco 30 ml Lemon Juice 15 ml Agave Nektar 5 ml San Cosme Mezcal 25 ml Eggwhite a slice of Cucumber Dry Shake all ingerdience and then over ice and doublestrain serve straight up Top it with grated Cinnamon Salute :) Allaboutthecocktails :)
Watermelon buzz 1. Muddle a few wedges of lime and 5-6 mint leaves 2. Add watermelon juice (adjust amount to the serving glass, it should be dominant) 3. 1oz of dry gin 4. (Optional- a teaspoon of sugar) Give it a good stir. Fill your serving glass with ice and hit it with a few dashes of bitters. Strain the cocktail over ice, garnish and enjoy.
Elder Spice 2cl fresh lime juice 1.5 cl simple syrup Egg white from one whole egg. 1 dash of angostura 2cl havana club 7 dark rum 2cl st germain elderflower 2cl carpano antica formula red vermouth Shake over ice and reverse dry shake. Serve in highball, daiquiri or coupette glass. Top with schweppes russchian and a angostura-swirl on the foam as garnish.
Go on I'll add a cocktail on here too ;) Key Cutter 15ml simple syrup 30ml fresh lime juice 50ml Bacardi superior Rum Dry shaken with an egg white, then shaken over ice. Double strained into a chilled coupe glass! Hope you like it ;)
I'd personally, go for lemon juice, Earl Grey and a rose liqueur instead of elderflower to balance the Earl's botanical qualities with a sweeter touch. If that was too sweet though, I'd likely skip the elderflower and flame an orange over instead.
SUper happy you're back, looking forward to new videos.. What's up with the Titanic-rough seas-cam movements tho (jk) hahaha.. Nice submissions and great picks..
For next subscriber video you can make my authorized cocktail "Aperonni" -50ml Bourbon -30ml Apperol -30ml Sweet vermouth -Double dash of Angostura bitters Stired drink, serve in a rock glass with plenty of ice, express the oils of orange peel and garnish. You are doing great job. Salute!!
Easily the best cocktail recipe channel on TH-cam!

Hey there, just wanted to say that I just started watching your videos and that I really appreciate the tone and presentation you have with your videos. It has been my experience that some people in the bartending/ cocktail industry can come off as exclusionists and your channel is very open and welcoming. now I took this to one craft bartender and they recommended to increase the slow gin to .5 oz and to do away with the simple syrup. Their recommendation helped make sure the shot didn't come off too sweet and added a nice balance. However, it's up to you. Cheers, and thank you for your work

Thanks for coming back!
No waaay. Finally a new video. Great news!
And a thought from my experience: a barspoon often is only about 2,5 ml. Well, at least mine is :D
Yes i missed you!!!
Your finally back WOOOOOOOO!!!
Can't wait for more consistent content!
big thumbs up for using Maraschino from Maraska (Zadar - Croatia)
Your videos are actually amazing ❤
Great video! Looking forward to more content!
A new Bonneville video? I must be dreaming.
it's been so long waiting for your new video!! it's great that you are back (:
For that "London" cocktail I think making the tea syrup with something aromatic like an earl grey/bergamot flavoured tea would work well perhaps
I'd personally, go for lemon juice, Earl Grey and a rose liqueur instead of elderflower to balance the Earl's botanical qualities with a sweeter touch. If that was too sweet though, I'd likely skip the elderflower and flame an orange over instead.
Michael Deeks Great suggestion indeed, a rose liqueur would accompany the Earl grey perfectly in replacement of the elderflower
You should taste all your cocktails in your other vids also, it’s always good to see the thoughts on tasting it
Always happy to see you in my notification inbox.
SUper happy you're back, looking forward to new videos..
What's up with the Titanic-rough seas-cam movements tho (jk) hahaha..
Nice submissions and great picks..
i think a feature with the bonneville, cocktail chemistry and the educated barfly would be the best you can watch on youtube
Wow, finally a new video. Great!

-50ml Bourbon
-30ml Apperol
