What a wonderful palazzo, The super size rooms with gorgeous ,amazing frescos. A dream for not very much money (considering what you get!) Love it . Grazie mille.
Wow, that is just magnificent, you‘ve done it again. I would far rather have to renovate one 70s bathroom and have those wonderful frescoes and floors than have a bland but immaculate property. This was a few km south of where we went two weeks ago, and it truly is a wonderful setting with the Maiella mountains in the background. The reality of global warming is that you’re far more likely to be hiking in February than skiing, but that’s ok when the trails are so beautiful. Some gorgeous daytrips close to this property: Roccascalegna, poor, poor little Gessopalena (look up the history), Casoli (eat at Fiore restaurant), Fara San Martino, Palombaro.

In addition to the warmer weather, the southern regions, i.e., Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Campania, Basilicata, Abruzzo, Molise and Puglia, have a 7% flat tax for foreigners in municipalities under 20,000 residents🙌🏻
What would it be like to live in a plazzo like that? Would my normal shorts and t shirt ward robe even work there? quite a place and for that money, why not pretend to be nobility.?
