S&W ez 380 won't fire consistently.

I sent this back to s&w twice and they say nothing was wrong with it, even sent a Qr code with the link to the video...
Ended up fixing it myself by removing some plastic from the backside of the trigger. Also could have shaved down that overtravel stop, but didn't want to mess with the frame if that didn't fix the problem.
These guns are mostly bought by women, hope other ladies out there don't have the same issue.
Even took it to the gun store where I bought it and they had the same issue.
After the fix, it goes boom every time! And not a bad trigger either!
