      Either frozen fresh .or you buy them in the fall and keep
      Them safely in your freezer throughout the year.. it worked for me some years ago.. Now, things are different ..

    I am a regular gym person I go to gym 2 hours daily in breakfast I take a dragon fruit 3 egg omelette with brown bread with some blueberry
    In lunch I take brown rice with some boiled chicken
    In evening I take protein 2 scoop and in dinner I usually eat some fish

    Eat wild caught fish everyday...That takes a lot of money...
    Cranberrys I was eating regularly..but seems to have lost my taste for them . Not baking either so no cranberry muffins eggs,vi could do in moderation... Allergic if eat too many .

      Look up autophagy. You can clear everything of the body. Long chain proteins that are built up in the digestive tract that have an effect on people. The body has a hard time braking them and releasing them. It’s important to eat clean and raw I’m sure if your gonna eat during autophagy. Getting electrolytes is also another important subject because our bodies needs these electrolytes to function probably. You can also assume other nutrients are vital for humans. Vitamins, Dietary Fiber, amino acids (all foods have a different aminos acid profile, aka proteins. ) , Flavonoids, B vitamins and you name it whatever. I been also reading about Chinese medicine and Burdock root teas and stuff.

    I eat eggs 🍳🥚everyday… & I have been eating sun dried cranberries everyday as a snack and throw them in a salad … as for fish … I have to go fishing 🎣… get some sea bass… need to eat shrimp 🍤 and salmon 🍣 … I just don’t seafood everyday

      You can take a vegan OMEGA 3 oil in capsule form (mine is from sunday natural I like it a lot dont know if they ship to USA (400 DHA 200 EPA ), to get those important OMEGA3 ! If you don't eat sea food you should make sure to have nuts and seeds in your diet. Fish has heavy metal toxins anyway so it's totally okay to not eat sea food.

    wrong information. after every meal, either with carbs or not, your blood glucose level rises. your body makes glucose from proteins, since your body basically needs sugar to actually function and live. it is insulin that eggs do not spike (that much).

      ​@@sunitarani3676 pasture-raised eggs/chicken is still a new fad in nutrition industry. You definitely wont find them at walmart or loblaw. If you're in toronto, you can find them at Whole Foods Market or you gotta search for small local shops that sell organic/healthy food in your area.

    Only eat wild-caught prawns. Avoid Gulf prawns due to the tragic benzene spill near Houston which will take several years to dissipate. Absolutely avoid eating tilapia, swai, or basa fish. They are nutritionally devoid and farmed under horrid conditions. These fish are only popular because they are very profitable.
