It's so important to have someone you can talk to. I'm lucky to have a close friend and we tell each other anthing we need to talk about. Mental, physical, sexual, doesn't matter, we can talk about it. We can tell each other the things we know we don't want to hear. We've grown a lot together since meeting 12 years ago. I hope that opening up has and continues to improve your life!
That's true, there aren't many things in life better than having a friend who knows you at a deep level and helps you become a better person.

I love the experience of talking with strangers about what's on my heart, sometimes more so than those I'm "close" to. Privacy can be confusing & once you get into the swing of being open it does feel boundless as you described! 🌳 🌲

Woah the lacing on those pad sandals you reviewed looks wild! There's plenty of space for more people making barefoot videos. Just think about what specific problems you have that no one's solving in a satisfactory way, then make videos about. That's pretty much all I did. Cheers, yo!

That’s an interesting insight about being skinny and introverted and rejecting the outer world. I can relate to that; but I’d never thought about it before.
I think it occurred to me after I started having autoimmune/hyperthyroid problems. Like, at a basic level, it's a case of rejecting too much, to the point where you start even "rejecting" yourself.
I just discovered you recently because of my interest in trying to get barefoot shoes (I still havent gotten one. Haha). But, more than that, Im happy looking forward to your videos. Hey bud, you are courageous! I couldnt do what you did yet...and I want to let you know...RESPECT! You're not alone, I care, we all care. Keep doing great, bud!

Yea, it's definitely swimming against the current to be skinny, but I found that once I let go of weightlifting and just walked and ran my body felt much more "balanced"-a single whole, rather than all these separate muscles I had to work on. You become more confident, mentally, like a warrior who fights with two swords and no shield/armor, ya know?
Have you seen camera conspiracies/vegetable police channels? Perhaps you should start another channel also?
Funny enough, this video is a re-upload from my vlog channel, which I'm sunsetting. I have seen Casey's channels, but I found that, for me, one was more than enough to manage. I was getting frazzled having to switch between accounts.
