You don’t get banned, but when you Q up for ranked you get the worse possible matchmaking, I got 3 or 4 of those cheap accounts and in the placements I got 2-3 afk, inters and flamers. Regardless if you go 20-0 u cant carry 4 others that are 0-15

@@panzerswineflu ok so I tried it on my spare acc, and in na where the lobbies are all bot lvling accounts, u can do it and win fully, it's mostly afk.but there is a chance that the ryze bot will agro from mid lane and knock you off at lvl 5 but if he doesent u basically solo win by doing it, even in a game with 4 other afk players minions alone beat the other team well I got 420 cs doubly proxied the whole time
