Wow, this is amazing to see again. I began watching this soap when Wendy and Keith were together. later that year the network stopped showing it. I am hoping someone has the entire run of this soap. I would love to watch it from the first episode to the end. Thank you so much for posting this.

Loved Liza & Travis, especially their Asian location storyline (I believe it was Asian anyway, heck it coulda been St. Croix, Santo Domingo or San Cristabel. All the soaps seemed to get great tropical location shoots back then...poor memory of mine).
They were always like that, with writers, directors, producers, etc. If ratings went down P&G might see it as bored writers so they might fire one from, say, ANOTHER WORLD but then one would be given writing duties on GUIDING LIGHT. And I suppose that policy stopped boredom and cut down on burnout because one would have new characters, actors and so forth.
@@daddy2299 And that makes perfect sense. I have always felt that the creative powers behind a series will have about 2 or 3 good years before boredom sets in. Switching then around to a different show would def reenergize them.
Did we just switch Liza's? Nice to see Sherry Mathis' final eps. Also, the show was loaded with talent at this time, some of daytime's finest...Louise Shaffer, Joe Lambie, Lee Godart, David Forsyth, John Loprieno, and of course Lisa Peluso & Marcia McCabe. But have we seen the grand dame of this soap, Jo, in any of these?
Louise Shaffer did SFT twice: first as Bob Rogers' daughter, Emily (b4 Alison on WTHI), then as Stephanie..She, Joe Lambie, Lee Godard, Maeve McGuire, Williams Prince and Ann Flood ALL did EoN at one time or another..did I miss anyone?!....

let me see if I've got this right: Suzi's father, Doug Martin, was killed (1974); her mother remarried (John Wyatt), then was killed herself (1976)..Suzi's stepfather, John, remarried (Stephanie), then was later killed (1979)..Then Stephanie, Suzi's step-stepmother, was killed - then finally Suzie herself!......
@@dannyhill8797 I don't recall if they were dropped at same time, but my Peoria IL stations did the same thing...circa mid-'84 I believe. I'm just now watching EDGE's final year in it's entirety on youtube...
@@supersoaphead3101 i watched the last year a few month ago, for, relly, the first time..my affiliate stayed with Edge: i lost a great deal of interest during the last year and wasn't aware of even half of what went on..did enjoy Raven's trial, though.....
