I first saw your dad as the Vorvon in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century "Space Vampire". He was darn scary in that. Scared me as a kid! Lol th-cam.com/video/9i3U8LrRBJ4/w-d-xo.html
The summer camp song was redone in the 90's using a Dog VS. A child.. Thanks for the upload !! XD Too bad in September of 86 NBC would officially cancel the show..And the show would be off the air by Christmas..
Thank you. I listened to the voiceover and researched each episode of the prime-time series mentioned. Some coincide with May 1st (FAMILY TIES and Pt 1 of a two-part CHEERS episode) while others point to May 8th (NIGHT COURT and Pt 2 of the CHEERS episode). THE COSBY SHOW described originally aired February 20th and the HILL STREET BLUES episode aired March 18th so I am assuming these were reruns. I'm gonna play it safe and edit the title of my video just to May 1986. Thanks again.
@@randyvest2342 I'm sorry, I was wrong. Google News Archive Search (and a helpful fan at a soap opera board) directed me to the correct airdate, Thursday, Sept. 4, 1986.
@@fossefan Ah, that makes sense. All of the shows the voiceover mentions must have been re-airings before all of their Fall 1986-1987 seasons started. Thanks much.
So did my grandmother. She used to love SFT & she loved the Y&R too. But when CBS dropped SFT in March of 1982 & NBC picked it up, it was never the same & my grandmother stopped watching it & she only watched the Y&R after that. If CBS kept SFT & they didn't kill off certain characters, maybe it would have lasted a little longer.
Unfortunately, this is probably the last episode of SFT that I have. I didn't have many saved to begin with, dang it. But I am so glad to be able to preserve and share here with other fans. Thanks!
That's my dad, Nicholas Hormann, as Mr. Olsen. Thanks for uploading!

Search For Tomorrow should have been given a second chance
This is pretty neat to see Grandpa Munster as Mr. Klein!
Thanks ❤
Loved this soap. Thanks for uploading. Are there full episodes available anywhere else? I want to see the entire seasons 1984-6. Thanks❤😊

This episode aired Thursday, May 1, 1986, according to the voiceover over the end credits.

My mother watched SFT when it was on CBS we lost SFT in Detroit in 1983 when WDIV dropped the show

@@kevinjohnson4599 CBS likely would've cancelled it anyway as soon as B&B was ready to go.
WIS channel 10 in Columbia SC has pre emptied the entire (1982-1986) NBC run of Search for Tomorrow.
Thus is random but i heard chris meloni had a small recurring role on this show do you know what his character was
Grandpa Munster!!!!!!
Thanks. I'd never seen this. Al Lewis - what a surprise. Could I clip the promos at the end? I'll give you credit.
I am fairly new to getting videos posted on YT. You can go in to one of my postings and clip the promos?
@@randyvest2342 I would just download the video, post the commercial, and then say that the clip was from your video and link to your video.
@@kengeorgejones6855 Oh, sure. No problem. Thanks.
Thanks so much for posting this. This show really got better toward the end of its legendary run Do you happen to have Suzi's death on video to post?
No, unfortunately I believe this episode above is the last one I have in my collection. Sorry.
@@randyvest2342 no problem. Definitely appreciate you posting it! Thanks!
