Awesome video! I've tried this before, but I had trouble finding decent resources for HD downloadable 360° photos/video. If anyone has a go-to resource let me know!

This just changed the way I view my photos! I haven’t even used a headset yet and the photoshop 3D is crazy cool! Most of my designs are in 2D but I think it’s time that changed 😳

I didn't even know that you could create VR in photoshop. You were saying you'd just 3d model everything, it would be awesome to see some tutorials about 3D modeling from you!
I'm going to show the 3d implementation for sure, but modelling isn't my forte. I'm sure there are better resources than whatever I would throw together...

No, seriously. I am currently trying to figure out what to do, with a 360 video, create 3D content in blender and eventually smash it in to unity to make it interactive. But I can't figure it out. I import the 360 video to blender, have been using a sphere for the video and creating a plane and so on. This video helped me a bit. Thanks

Fair question, that would require a longer video. In short, most 3d programs have an option to render LATLONG so then it's just a matter of learning to model and finding that option in whatever software you're using... I did mine in 3dsmax

Hey man, thanks for the awesome content. Quick question, you mentioned VR in this video. I understand what the word 'virtual' means but could you perhaps elaborate on the concept of what is....reality?
In all seriousness, I'm a Graphic arts major and most of it is boring as fuck but this seems like a legitimately interesting concept and I'm really enjoying your progress and seeing you integrate it into your work. A visual novel that has comic panels as well as immersive content would be really cool in my opinion.

Why it took me til 2022 to see this vid (a 2018 video)...I dunno' . Excellent job. Whats next...one guy making cities and worlds using Gravity Sketch on a Quest..another making VR Fornite and GTA videos by editing 6 replays on Adobe Premiere....to my neighbor making a 5 inch stickman on his 1980s' Etch a Sketch.

best way is to build a scene in 3d and animate the camera moving while rendering to the quadrilateral format. That's a whole different thing though
