Create 360 Panoramic Images and Videos in BLENDER

In Blender we can create 360 degree panoramic images and videos. This only works in Cycles technically. We can upload the 360 panoramas to sites like Facebook, TH-cam and others. These images can also be used in virtual reality (VR) or to create our own HDRIs.
This tutorial will show you step-by-step how to set up a camera for a 360 panoramic image, render the image and convert it to a 360 image using metadata converters so it can be uploaded to sites like Facebook or TH-cam.

Is there any way to use Blender, by itself, to create 3D 180 degree videos, that are compatible with Facebook and TH-cam? Can I do it entirely within Blender, or do I need another program to process it first?

the 360 degree video looks really pixelated/ low res on youtube. Is there any way to improve the quality? I tried 4k and even 8k without a good result.

It may need to be much larger unfortunately. If it’s only a problem in TH-cam, it may be an issue with YT’s compression.

I've done it , I got a 360 video and put it on the INSIDE of a sphere, and with the camera inside of it, you get the nice effect !
