I am a big fan of the channel and all of the adventures you spoil your viewers with. I was in the same boat as you last year, when trying to decide whether a Landcruiser or Patrol was the best offroad option. Patrol won out of course.
If I could offer some constuctive feedback, (without being tarnished as a hater or troll) on your current situation, it would be this.
If possible a separate work area away from your day to day living would be key. Maybe converting the garden shed to your office would be a massive boon. This way you can seperate family life/work life and not burn yourself out like so many youtubers do.
I work as a teacher and know first hand how tempting it is to mark assessments, or plan lessons whilst trying to enjoy family time. It never works.
Anyway, I hope you can find the balance. There are very few 4x4 channels that offer down to earth content, with a likeable down to earth host.

Great video, the main reason I like watching you is because you're real life, no bull shit just making it up as you go, stumbled across your channel back in 2018 and watch pretty much every video since. keep up the good work. its good to see Demi is into 4wds and camping almost as much as you😀
Great change up in content. For me, your authenticity and honesty is what mostly separates you form others. But your salt of the earth, humble yet passionate approach on the videos is also what keeps me watching. Keep up the great work.

Being a small TH-camr myself, I can relate to what you're saying💯 Lots of hours going into it and in the beginning it does feel like it is not paying off the effort however, it has to be a passion more over doing it for the money. Like yourself, I love building on my 4x4 and explore the places our beautiful country has to offer. Keep going mate, I have been watching a long time and happy to see how we grow over the years. This is one of my favorite channels for this reason. It's you and your family. Just a dude doing what he likes. Other channels are good, but a lot have camera people/crews, and editors. It makes it all seem fake and staged. You're more relatable. Thanks for all the time spent doing it all.

Great content, you've got to be happy with the trailer. Really looking forward to seeing it in use. There is a definite lack of content with campers. Can highly recommend Hungry Gate campground, up near Hat Head if your after place for a shake down run, . Give it a run along the beach on the way home!

Great to share how hard it is to run a youtube channel behind the scenes. Going a great job, I have not seen a video like this.
That’s awesome champ. I find a lot of honour and respect in how honest you have been with your videos for someone like myself that would like to do the same as you. The issue I find with myself is that I see some of you TH-camrs with the awesome editing and sponsors and gear and wonder how to achieve that whereas you are honest in saying that it doesn’t happen overnight but with years of practice and determination. Hopefully see on the tracks sometime or in a camp with our trucks and have a wheel.

What i do find anoying on a lot of 4x4 channels is they use cooking segments as a large fill in content, i always just fast foward it
I like watching your bloopers at the end. I would struggle to get past that point and produce any content worth editing. I admire you persistence and quality productions.

AMAZING Tyler! We started watching right at around 15k subs and I think that was around the time just before you decided to go full time, definitely an inspiration to us and the reason you hooked us is similar to what others have said, low budget production but great end video and vehicle setup is in the affordable for general family who wants to do stuff like this. As time has progressed you've moved to what's within your budget I guess and things really have picked up and its been even more better that Demi has been getting involved more in the videos I love that. From a creator perspective its also a great insight for you sharing with us again how things look from your point of view as well - thank you for been genuine and sharing with us. From just another inspired fan.

Great video. I have always enjoyed you content. I would have love to have seen info on most successful video etc. My favourite was the Jimny video but heh I might be biased being a Jimny owner. I also loved the one when you told the story about you and your Dad when you met the boys from Drifta before Drifta was a thing.

would you ever considering travelling to NZ and exploring the tracks there for a trip? I guess the cost of getting one of the rigs onto a roll on roll of ship might make it a bit exxy, but I'm sure you could rig up the GQ with a few 44gallon drums and float it across as an alternative ;).

I think that an important piece of your work is your dad following you. It's not obvious but you can work it out.
I enjoy your videos because you dont have a $200k + vehicle and a full film crew . ( those videos are still good to watch still ) You do and have what is realistic for most people . And your efforts pay off .

Cool video thanks Tyler. I know what you mean when you say how hard it is to get a video out each week. I don't have 4 kids and I struggle sometimes. Thank you for taking us into your house and showing us behind the scenes. I always look forward to your next video. Do you think that Sunday morning is the best to release a new video as a lot of like minder people with the same interest will be out 4wding/camping. It must be as there are a few other who release new videos each Sunday morning. It takes me a long time to get started on Sundays as I like to watch them all.
