Well depends on the loudness of the click but for most part that should be normal. This one doesn't click really but has the tick sound of the shift drum going into a locking groove. Hopefully yours isn't too loud and something else. If you want to post a video on your youtube or send to KartGuy on facebook I can elaborate on it more if I heard it. Yes they should make a click noise but not too loud. Hope that helps! Thanks buddy yes it was cold but very fun ride last night can't wait to really get into it! Thanks!

As I'm fairly new to this quad I wouldn't go much more than recommended a pipe and tune. This is the BigGun ES pipe and carb was jetted for the pipe. Couple videos back I did some minor port work and more polishing on the head and reamed a valve stem out, and couple other head things like adjusting the valves to tightest setting. Greetings from the U.S.A. buddy let me know what you think of doing and I can recommend normal atv things. As in to buying a stage 2 or 3 kit for this it would not be worth it in the end you wont make any more really on the quad and parts cost dear, but if its for your pleasure then I would go for a stage 3 kit. Bigger cams, better springs all the goodies!
