Really great and hilarious stuff, the unmistakeable bark from the exhaust of the little Triumph Tiger Cub , no.99.The marshals were absolutely brilliant , friendly and helpful at just the right time, kudos especially to no.85 and then the Honda ' step-thrus ' prooving a lack of 'cc's ' is no challenge and can go anywhere !.
I can confirm that. I met nearly all of them as I fell and floundered my way round! They have to stand there for hours on end, in the freezing cold and repeatedly pick up bikes and riders or deal with stuck cars etc. They manage all this with good humour and patience unbounded-great folks, all of them!
I was #85 and also the front page of this video, fame at last! I can't thank the ladies and gents who volunteer to marshal these events enough. Cheery, enthusiastic and patience of saints. Funnily enough I had the same experience at almost every section, must say something about my riding? 😒
Hello mate, great video! I’ve never seen this kind of trial before, what is it called? How do I get into this?! Why do they stop the more modern bikes and not others? This is fantastic
Hi m1les7. The Trial is run by the Motorcycling Club see www.themotorcyclingclub.org.uk/ The bikes that do the restart depends on the class they are in. So Class B bikes are doing a restart which are generally trail type bikes up to 450cc.
Hi Geddstock. There is a range of bikes in different classes based around manufacture date, and engine capacity. Most of the bikes will use knobbly tyres which are better for 'off road' but not so good for 'on road'
The use of motocross and enduro type tread patterns is not permitted. MCC Approved Motorcycle tyre list www.themotorcyclingclub.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/20240830-MCC-Approved-Motorcycle-Tyres-List.pdf
Thanks for this, very entertaining. If I rode, would have appreciated the marshals help, encouragement and banter. Looks like a great event and wide range of machines.

Enjoyed watching very much 👍🏻
I`m impressed with the marshalls, nice people.

Fantastic. Loved the Honda Step-throughs. Very entertaining. Thanks.👍
Thanks for filming this. This was the section that spoilt my clean run….silly mistake as well.
And another great collection, thank you. Maybe I’ll be on your video next year! Les
True sportsmen and women. Respect.
Great stuff, just my cup of tea. Well done to the marshalls and volly's without whom.....

Hi Steve, At least you got up and carried on, not that you had much choice by this stage. You weren't the only rider feeling cream crackered. Chris
Thanks for the bike posts.... Subbed! 👍
Highlights today: All the heroes on their Honda plops and the mutant Reliant.

Very entertaining. Such a variety of makes, absolutely loved the Step-Thrus. But the flag waving seemed a bit pot-luck.
What kind of bikes are these?
Is it a standard tire for this type of thing?
Cheers
