I commented on an earlier video that Burgess and Luffy won through offence and Barto and Rebecca won through defence; now I can finish the thought with: Sabo won through SABOtage (I had to)
you could even say that the war in alabasta was being backed up from dressrosa. Remember, the Rebel Army needed weapons and they were supplied somewhere. Hell, I bet you that Crocodile contacted doflamingo personally too for weapons
Glad you like the Revolutionary Army! They're one of my favourite groups in the whole story. I already loved Iva and Inazuma and I was always so excited to learn more about Dragon and about Kuma's past, not to mention that I just love revolutionaries in general, in most media (I'm a huge Les Mis fan too lol). And they're actively opposing the World Government which is incredibly based. Koala and Sabo joining them makes so much sense for their characters: Koala with her connection with Fisher Tiger and the Sun Pirates and her own background as a former slave, choosing to do something about the injustice that she saw and experienced and still honouring that connection to fishmen by learning their martial arts, and finding a place where she can smile a genuine smile; Sabo with his realisation that the nobles of Goa were evil, his own unwillingness to conform to high society, the emotional neglect and control of his biological parents, and almost getting killed by the Celestial Dragons for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time, choosing to reject his own birthright and the rotten society he grew up in and fight against the kind of people his parents were and against the people who almost killed him as a child
Speculation spoilers: I assume Koala also rejected her own parents and her home village who betrayed Fisher Tiger, similar to how Sabo rejected his parents and the nobility who burned the Grey Terminal. I get the impression that she ran away from home in her teens to join the RA, maybe thinking that it was her best option to change the world? I mean it's possible that she was able to convince her village that fishmen shouldn't be hated, but considering how young she was when she joined the RA, I get the feeling that this wasn't the case; you don't join a militant radical group at 14 if everything's fine at home. I imagine it was very similar to how Sabo felt, and she just couldn't bear to stay with these people that she found fundamentally despicable. Maybe she left after finding out that they sold out Fisher Tiger Either that or something horrible happened to her village, but I feel like Occam's razor says she just wasn't able to make a difference there and chose to leave and find a better method Maybe she ran into Hack somewhere and he introduced her to the RA? I could see that happening
There are probably different purities used with sea prism stone. Because the marine prison bars always drain Luffy immediately, but Robin's Enies Lobby handcuffs left her able to walk and run without trouble.
At last! Go D Usopp has arisen! Logia fruits are powerful from the start, but the user still needs training. Sabo was a trained fighter, already had a good grasp of haki. The flare-flare fruit became another weapon in his arsenal. "ACE! I take over your ability!"
Fruits can only get u so far Getting a logia is instant hax but if u r in the New World, you need to level up ur Haki as well Even the admirals aren't pushovers without their fruits It all depends on how u use ur fruit Ace also had all three types of Haki, Sabo gonna work to surpass him lol
