Franky's voice actor stepping down was coming sooner or later. The lack of energy and clarity in his dialogues was a bit evident in recent episodes. But honestly we all just wish Kazuki for his good health and thank him for his SUPEEEEERRRRRR voice acting. And I openly welcome the new VA Subaru, who also voices todo in JJK, to do his wonders. I think it was in a recent jumpfesta event Kazuki handed down franky's pants to Subaru on stage and that was so dope and funny.

Koala does use fishman karate, I assume (as a human) she’s unable to throw currents and manipulate water the same way we’ve seen Jimbei do, but she definitely knows how to fight with it…

I just saw that it was Subaru today and honestly he has that perfect kinda tough-guy-weird voice so I imagine it will be solid!
