Hello. I know there are some viewers that have asked me of how to take care of feet when you're paralyzed. Although I have feeling in my feet, the same does apply to me and how I go about managing with paralysis.
I cover just a couple of topics on this, but these topics are the essential ones that are common denominators for people with paralysis.

You'll never know how helpful this video has been today. Myself and my flat mate had our feet treated nails etc we both ended up having the worst spasm attacks ,pain above my injury level was the worse ever.I used this video and w followed your advice thankyou so much

No caso, você poderia mostrar para nós como os seus pés ficam após um dia sentado e com calçados fechados.
Ex: Se incharam, suaram, como ficaram as solas e etc

Si nos sudan, se nos inchan y nos quedan marcas de los calcetines y zapatos por falta de circulación.
Todo lo que mencionaste nos pasa, la unica diferencia es que no podemos moverlos.
