I thank you Lord for this teaching, i myself have been in the position of Israel, before i made a choice to give my life to Jesus i had it bad when i did that, Satan became so real in my life i got so confused and started thinking i made a mistake, in my mind i was starting to see why people don't want to repent, i was so scared because my life was from bad to worse and i kept remembering that part of scripture that ones you fall into sin again it will be 7times bad, i did struggle to understand and come through this ignorance but today i can say as i have to make that choice over and over again, i will keep doing it as long as i live to put Satan to shame and to frustrate darkness. Satan's goal is to prevent man from worshiping God and try keeping us in sin to be despised and humiliated and to be a stumbling block for new converts that is why many cant stand the Christian faith because like me, some made the choice ignorantly without understanding what they were getting into, my faith was only based on making heaven, little did we know it was a life that begins here on earth and a must be maintained, the Lord Jesus plainly said, he came to bring a sword, to start war not peace as many believers have it. The peace of God is of mans heart not the evidence of the senses we see and expect with our neighbors and others, I Praise God today i know my calling in the Lord and i boldly declare i am a soldier and a forerunner in the ministry of the Lord.
He was and still is, a great influence in my life. I have listened to joel now for 10 years, and tho he is more of an Encourager style preacher, I love him as well.
