What headset wit mic would you recommend for teaching online?
Great tutorial! I taught Adult Education Classes around 14 years in the U.S from 1996-2010. Spent 9 years in the Music Industry and decided to return to the ESL Community in part due to Covid. After 150 classroom hours I began a Practicum. I barely know how to be a guest on Zoom let alone Facilitate. And teach a class? Oye! I'm totally lost!

Regarding bonding with a new group online, it's very similar to bonding in the classroom. I would concentrate on having fun the first few lessons to let students get to know you, for you to get to know them, and to get used to the online platform. Focus on highlighting positive behavior from students and implement classroom management points so that students know what to expect from you. If you can, have a similar class structure each lesson so it's easier for students to get used to a routine.

You will need to first find a teacher and if they are using Zoom, they will invite you to call for class.
