Another speed build is here! This time I decided on taking on an Art Deco hotel in the world of Tartosa on a 50x40 lot. I hope you like it!

I would love to see a Vacation expansion pack, would be a great way to introduce Hotels, can take your sims and Family on a Vacation and stay in a hotel or can go on a honeymoon. Can build actual working hotel lots. Could add so many new gameplay mechanics to the game with new objects and stuff.

They have a mod where you can add hotel as a lot! Or I just try under rental😊

I usually use LittleMissSams entry fee trait and just have my sim stay there..but yes, with the vacation packs a hotel system should have been implemented. Sigh....yet another thing we are missing from past games.
It would be cool if a modder can make use of the new stays system and make a mod so that if you want to run a hotel or bed and breakfast messages will pop up with sims asking to stay.

That black-and-white penthouse is GORGEOUS and SO Art Deco. I so hope that someday they do bring hotels to the Sims 4, if only so this lot can be used for its perfect purpose.
Thank you for taking the views into account. After meeting with the clients, architects do a site survey, which includes this. It drives me bananas how many Maxis builds completely ignore the potential views, by putting up a blank wall facing the best view. I always go into my builds, and "sit" in the furniture, to make sure my Sims can actually enjoy the views, and orient my builds to capture the best ones. I do the same when landscaping as well, making sure to create attractive spaces outside their windows, as well as camouflaging any eyesores from next door. Gorgeous hotel! You have a gift... probably more than one! 😜

I want the sims team to collab with Builders so bad, since they started collabing with cc creators. Every lot they place in the games are letdowns and honest speed builders and cc creators are consistently saving the game. This is awesome! I love the talk too, like a warm friend ❤
I'm simply staying home and resting up. I just got back from a vacation to see my great niece and my great great nephews who are 800 miles away....fighting snow most of the way. Hope you have a wonderful weekend with your spring cleaning. I'm starting that next week, once I regroup.
A restaurant build would be lovely!
The vibe of this build take me back to happy childhood memories of spending the holidays at my favourite aunties🌈♥in The Hague (the Netherlands) where builds like this exist where the beaches are. They are both 80+, so perhaps they were around when it was build? I'm not good at math.
This year they have been visiting me in my city which is completely different; more inland, less busy, some medieval features. But being able to return the favour, 40 years later, of making sweet memories is priceless☺

This screams Miami art deco to me! Now you just need to make a New York art deco hotel! Here in Texas we have a bank downtown that still has many of its original art deco architecture especially on the inside of the bank where the elevators are and the lobby. It’s gorgeous!
This is beautiful!!! Very Miami vibe. I would die if the sims team managed to give us another city inspired world based in Miami. It would be the perfect world for a hotel expansion pack. One neighborhood based in downtown, with a business hotel high-rise and apartments and a penthouse. A Miami Beach district with a beach and smaller boutique hotels, like this one you just built. I would love to see a beach volley court and a muscle beach style gym. The third neighborhood should be the ritzy mansions on man made islands. It would be the perfect world to add the following careers. Airline, cruise, hotel and probably banking. I guess I'm asking for a lot, but man, that would be sooooo sweet.
I love this Hotel it’s beautiful. I also loved the music you chose it made me think of my daddy who is deceased but he loved that type of big band music. He was born in 1926 so that was his type of music so it brought back memories of him tapping his foot while listening to music like that. ❤

I would love a hotel pack in the sims, I would be obsessed with all stuff to decorate rooms in a more hotel ‘clean’ sort of way, and like buffet restaurant, bar and reception stuff and depending on how well decorated and how expensive the contents of a hotel, the more stars it has or something. It would be so fun! Love this build tho, the style is just 🥰

The first ever sims games had a vacation extension pack I remember the ski lodges and camping and beach hotels!!

Hotels would be such a cool concept in the game! Like the sims actually get assigned to their own rooms and can’t go in others as there will be other sims in them but can still knock and go inside 😂 And also be able to have a restaurant that works for them all to eat at! that would be so fun. At least you can just make it a rental property and have loads of sims visit at the same time

I love this build!! Gives me major flashbacks to some of the old hotels around where I live (Bournemouth/Poole) area but also weirdly reminds me of Brighton.

I would love a hotel/ bed and and breakfast game pack. It's one of my favorite things to build.
Maybe because the new season of the show is coming soon, but this reminded me of something that would fit right into Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. It's absolutely stunning.

Definitely give Carl's Dine Out mod a go. It's impressive how much fixes and additional features the mod has, and I've not encountered issues with it.

Well done. Maybe if not TS4 then TS5 for the hotels. I really hope they are paying attention to the simmers and changing A LOT of issues that plague TS4. TS3 is still the best in my opinion. 😊

Really beautiful build. I love the Art Deco era and this is so pretty we really need detailed Tiffany style lamps and shades in the sims. And Clarice cliff jazz themed decor & items.

This is beautiful! I think this build would also work well in Del Sol Valley as "Hollywood" lends well to Art Deco.

This looks like the hotel Agatha Christie stayed at when she wrote "Evil Under the Sun". They filmed the David Suchet version there. Lovely hotel as always. Love your builds.

I love making hotels in the sims. I desperately want a hotel pack. I loved making them in the sims 3. I recently made a White Lotus hotel in Willow Creek. I gave it a space for weddings and turned it into a wedding venue. It’s a fun place to cause some drama, get married and spend a couple of nights either before or after the wedding.

Definitely using this with Zerbus new spawn refresh mod which basically lets sims and vendors spawn on rental lots!
