@@rachelrwyatt the rage is horrible. I’ll explode on someone in a flair for no reason. It actually happened about an hour ago. I’m at the beach trying to enjoy whatever I can and I had 1 alcoholic drink and it did the opposite of relieving stress. It could be physically angry for no reason. Couldn’t shake the feeling for hours

Psychosis is big time nutrient deficiency! Need to work on the gut big time! Ive been there. Have had many small psychosis episodes and then a bigger one that made me end up in psyciatric for 3 weeks. Have struggled big time for years. Still working on myself.

The biggest question is.. how would people find a place to get a full & thorough work up to find out what their condition actually is? 🤔 . An ordinary allergist has limited capabilites and it seems like you would need a team of Dr's to get the proper diagnosis.

Yes hard to find any advanced thinking Md's anymore. Immunologist is best but hard to find one. Get all your records so they can piece together all these separate issues and see the big picture

You’d have to pay out of pocket for a naturopathic doctor or a functional medicine doc. It’s expensive. 🙄 Your best bet is to listen to these docs on YT and do your own research , you know your body! Best of luck

I am not digesting my food without using digestive enzimes. Lost 18 lbs before i realized what was happening. No Doctor ever addressed it. 😮. Now I have gained back 8 lbs and feel quite a bit better. Still losing lots of hair tho. This all started after 2nd (and last) v. Drs just change the subject when i mention v.

Thank you Doctor for your videos. I had a non healing corneal ulcer for two years. Leaving me blind in one eye from subsequent poison ivy exposure to my face and eyes. With chalazia formation lifting my lid. No bacteria or microorganisms ever found. I had 2 tarsothoraphys and Prokera lens. Before I could remove the chalazia my surgeon had me biopsy old scars that were making new skin tissue along with developing hives. His fellow thought I had pyo derma gangrenous because these old scar began to ulcerate. A punch biopsy was done above my left brow and the next morning my left eye was now swollen shut. The dermatologist told me I was having an allergic reaction. The pathology report showed no pyo just scar tissue. I have a scar on my chin that grew and formed a subcutaneous mass that later swelled with fluid when stressed or from pain. The swelling went down to my neck with pressure on my throat. I went to the ER and stayed there for 7 days On Iv augmentum, vancomycin and later 3 weeks of linzolid. I saw my PC he said I needed to see an allergist and that there was no bacteria present. I had edema, and I think I’m dying. The allergist/immunologist told me I have urticaria . I was anaphylactic with over active mast cells with hyper tropic scaring, keloids and slow wound healing. He sent me home with two anti histamines formotadine and ceterizine twice daily. Less than 3 days the ulcers I had for months were gone. Everything calmed down, even my nerves. When researching mast cell activation i fell onto one of your shorts and watched them all that night I think. Lol. 😂 I’m not yet out of the water, but my point being, you have taught me so much through these videos. Your words are like gold and i sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤ God bless you and your beautiful brain.

I've had mast cell for 27 years. I just learn my diagnosis 1 month ago. I've had every reactions noted in your conversation. My last three attacks have moved into my brain. I'm experiencing brain burn and electrical zaps in addition to the excruciating gut pain. The attack last for about 30 minutes and ends with going unconscious, waking up to vomit everywhere. I was able to monitor my blood pressure during an attack (50/38) I gave up on calling ambulances. Doctors have no idea what's going on. My attacks are like stage 4 Anaphylaxis. I'm not going to survive many more attacks. My IgE is at 551.

I’ll answer. Not a doc. Was a research scientist in genetics. I have severe ME/CFS, the last several years. It is very familiar to long Covid. It disabled me. Lost everything but my brain and knowledge, so I’ve spent the last 10 years researching, trying to figure out what’s the actual cause and how to stop it. It acts much like post viral syndrome ( which is what long Covid, possibly sufferers have, in essence.
Yes you can try serapeptase. You want to make absolutely sure you take it on an empty stomach. 30-45 minutes before eating is best. I take one capsule 240,000 SPU, twice daily.

I sometimes wonder if people choose to never learn anything outside of their career path? 5yo kids know more these days, than their adult parents
It's been scientifically proven that red meat gives people cancer. It has been scientifically proven as of Jan 2024 that early humans ate 70-95% plant based diets, not predominantly carnivorous. If we eat 700 grams of red meat per week, our chance of developing bowel cancer is significantly raised. Statistics state 1.18 times for every 50 grams of red meat eaten per day.
I'm the fittest I've ever been, autoimmunes such as lupus (one) in remission so my body isn't mistakenly thinking my organs are foreign bodies needing to be attacked, resulting in organ damage! Cellulite dropped off my body, what fats am I consuming? Natural. Vegans can be unhealthy living off carbs but I avoid that.
Current models of early human subsistence economies suggest a focus on large mammal hunting. To evaluate this hypothesis, we examine human bone stable isotope chemistry of 24 individuals from the early Holocene sites of Wilamaya Patjxa (9.0-8.7 cal. ka) and Soro Mik’aya Patjxa (8.0-6.5 cal. ka) located at 3800 meters above sea level on the Andean Altiplano, Peru. Contrary to expectation, Bayesian mixing models based on the isotope chemistry reveal that plants dominated the diet, comprising 70-95% of the average diet. Paleoethnobotanical data further show that tubers may have been the most prominent subsistence resource. These findings UPDATE our UNDERSTANDING of EARLIEST forager economies and the pathway to agricultural economies in the Andean highlands. The findings furthermore suggest that the initial subsistence economies of early human populations adapting to new landscapes may have been more plant oriented than current models suggest.
Antibiotic resistance ---> farmers giving all cows Antibiotics even though only a few may be sick. Meat goes into you, you won't respond to Antibiotics if needed desperately in hospital. None will work! (Vet nurse with uncle owning a farm, used to help first hand before educating myself).
Ive watched (not at my uncles farm but on others) the calves be thrown onto the top of a Ute tray and driven away from mum, almost instantly as she chases after her baby.. all for milk for humans who cannot digest it properly, which is contaminated anyway.
      GMO's --> no thanks

So are adrenalin shots at urgent care / epi-pens a good place to calm down and reset? how about calming meds like klonopin?

    • @dshepherd107
      @dshepherd107 หลายเดือนก่อน

No. Adrenaline won’t reset this problem, & klonopin is a serious drug, which also won’t help.
Look up, Dr Raymond Perrin’s Technique. It’s on TH-cam. He explains it in an interview , & there are videos to show you what to do. He had theorized the problem actually lay within the lymphatic system. There has since been studies and research that demonstrate he is on the right track.
Essentially your lymphatic vessels carry out toxins out of your body. It’s their main function. Dr Perrin states that the lymphatic vessels stop working properly, and often reverse flow, moving toxins in various organ systems.. which is why you can have so many seemingly unrelated symptoms (definition of the term syndrome in medicine).
LOOK 👀 him up. It’s free. I suggest finding a DO who is willing to learn his method. He has a book out for practitioners. It’s about $45.
Second, you must rest as much as possible right now, bc your mitochondria aren’t working well enough to provide you with enough energy for all your organ systems to run properly. That’s essential. Stay hydrated. Very important.
You need to reset your autonomic nervous system, & improve your vagal nerve tone.
To do this, you need to practice deep diaphragmatic breathing. I do the 5:5:5 technique. Try to do this twice daily at least, or whenever you feel stressed, agitated. You can do it as much as feels necessary.
This is a big one. It works. Cold Therapy. Check with your doctor first, in case you have a health condition that would prohibit this practice.
You can try starting out by immersing your face in a large bowl of very cold water. Try to do as long as possible with a max of 1-2 min. Do this twice a day at minimum.
Also you can use a frozen bendable gel pack to cover the front of your neck, and the sides where the carotid arteries are.
When you get used to that, you can also try either cold showers for a couple minutes.. many people do it at the end of their warm showers. You can also get into a tub of cold water. Be sure to submerse your torso up to the base of the neck & just below the chin.
There is also an ear clamp you can attach to a tens unit , on low, that you can clip onto your right ear (look up on TH-cam). Your vagus nerve runs along there.
Do not push yourself beyond your limits. It will have the reverse effect on your progress.
This last one is hard for some, I know. Gluten, processed flours & foods, sugar & added sweeteners ALL will increase your inflammation. It’s okay to have some whole fruit, but not juice (without the fiber & pulp).
Stevia leaf or just the straight erythritol extracted from it. It is a sugar alcohol your body won’t metabolize. It doesn’t cause an insulin response, or inflammation. It’s the only sugar alcohol that doesn’t normally cause stomach or lower gut upset. Works great as a sugar replacement.
It’s a hard adjustment I know, but necessary. There are definitely ways to make it easier. Check out keep recipes on TH-cam. There’s some simple but good ones.
You may also want to watch some of the videos from the Bateman Horne Center. They’re doing top notch research on this very problem.
Feel free to ask me any questions you want. If I don’t know, I’ll tell you. If I don’t know, but I can find out who does, I’ll tell you.

    Thank you for doing these.
I'm having so much trouble finding a doctor to help me. Truly help not just throw medicine at me 😢. The meds are keeping me moving, but they are not helping heal. I have changed my food and rest (which is way too often). I also have celiac dis-ease and chronic lung dis-ease from having covid pneumonia. I'm truly blessed to be alive. Living like this every day is getting old fast. I know I can feel better. I don't know how to get there. I have done all I can do now. I need help bringing it to the next level.
I start with a new allergist next month.
What other kind of doctors might help?
    Please and thank you 💚
