@@JTAGames not really, that is the mindset of kids, and most kids would want to only focus on what's they are interested in (art, music, science, biology, It, sports or all kinds, literature, politics hardly,) and if what they are interested in isn't in the curriculum(like photography, blogging and influancing, etc.) , or doesn't need much studying(art, sports, literature students wouldn't like science and biology much, maybe history), so it's understandable to not have the drive to study most of the subjects, may I ask what was your passion or what did you hope to do as a living and what you do now?

The continuity with Venom always fucked with me.
In my book I have an explanation for a character dynamic like this. Essentially anything that my character is subconsciously okay with anyone knowing becomes common knowledge for the other whereas more private information requires them to explain.

"i know everything about you" even though it is not true.
venom is a pretentious wannabe. as he states later, in his world he is a loser.
on earth he is supreme. as most losers would in such a situation, he pretends to be bigger, meaner and more bad ass
than he actually is. he wants to come across as if he is in control, but the truth is, eddie is as much in control as venom is.
of course venom would never admit that.
Didn’t Eddie bring that up and he says something like yeah I’m just making conversation. I don’t remember it

I mean, it wouldn't have made more sense. It would have just been simpler to write. That would make it better though, because lazy writing is TIGHT.
Do you really think it'd make that much more sense? Like Venom would be in Malaysia for 6 months of the movie and then for some reason would want to go to the lab where Riot is kept at even though we know that Venom is afraid of Riot. And while in Malaysia Venom would be killing a bunch of innocent people.

Before Venom attached to Eddie I honestly thought that Venom was the one who escaped at the start and not Riot

Having Venom be the lone symbiote wandering the earth in search of the others would make his change of heart much more reasonable too. Instead of Eddy being the one to change him, those six months could show him the sides of humanity worth saving, while Riot being probed and tortured in the lab during that time only makes him hate humans that much more.

You missed the part where right after Carlton Drake says that it's important to ask questions and you shouldn't silence people, the subsequent scene shows him not allowing Eddie Brock to ask his questions and silences him lol
Or the fact he said that to the girl, and then she never got to ask her question/have her question answered in the film.

The part about venom and riot switching parts on who escapes at the beginning is a great point. Best critique I've heard anyone say about this movie.
If venom was the one that moved around for 6 months nerds like me could have hoped that that's when he got on spidey for a while and they could have flashed back to that in a later movie when they get spiderman in the mix. Great vid

I just found this channel. I love the pitch meetings its the perfect blend of enthusiasm and sarcasm. I love the catchphrases too. I love it when the screen writer says "I don't know" every time the movie producer asks about a plot hole. And of course, the glib explanation for how a complicated problem is solved with simple means by saying "Its super easy, barely an inconvenience." Its fun to watch you skewer movies, even the ones that went on to be major blockbusters somehow. I do have a recommendation for you. Please, do a pitch for Superman IV: The Quest For Peace, if you haven't already done it. I haven't seen all the pitch videos yet but damn they're wildly funny and entertaining.

It was just ok
Most people did, but it can't be ignored that it definitely had its problems with the forced PG-13 rating and the obvious cuts where scenes from the R-rated version were supposed to be.
I did too. Ironically though.
