It’s pretty much what the video shows. Potatoes 4 - not sure how big your potatoes are, but if they’re large, maybe 2. Onion 1 small Ground beef and pork combined together (150 grams). You can add more meat to your liking or based how big the potatoes are. Butter 30 grams. Cook the potatoes in hot water until you can pierce it without any resistance. Drain then reheat the pot to evaporate excess moisture, and mash them, adding butter. Don’t overcook - it should not be soft and smooth like mashed potatoes. It should be firm and lumpy, so little pieces of potatoes are still visible. Cook the onions and set it aside. When frying the meat ( medium to medium high heat) it’s better to let it sear a little as opposed to mixing it vigorously. Salt and pepper as desired. Mix the cooked onions, meat and potatoes. Let it cool so it’s easier to form them into patties. Mix egg and a small amount of water. Mix them into flour a little at a time to make the mixture smooth, no lumps. Dip the patties into the egg/flour batter, then bread them using panko (Japanese bread mix) Deep fry at around 350 degrees (F) or 180 degrees (C) until golden brown. Use as much oil as possible, which cooks more evenly. You should get Tonkatsu sauce from Japanese or Asian market to pour over.

Can someone translate all those instructions and ingredients in English please?
