    Thanks Debra, I needed this today to help with my stress. I am taking care of my sick dad and haven't had me time in weeks. I said to myself today I need to do something for me and there you were on Facebook. You are a life saver. I appreciate everything that you do for your flipping fifty community.😍🤗

    Hi Debra - I thought I'd check in and let you know that I did this workout again. I did it in May and saved it and today when I was feeling unmotivated I pulled it out and it helped. Staying on track in the holidays is challenging so having your videos to fall back on is a help. Currently in my location there is 8-10 inches of snow on the ground and getting outside is challenging. Have a good New Year.

    I really enjoyed that. A good workout for my light days. I felt warmed up and liked how it hit the hips and core. I will share this one with a friend. I have been doing your flip 50 dvd set for 1.5 years. I love the strength training and I now am doing the boxing. I have developed my routine around this set and I have lost 62 lbs and look amazing and I am so proud of what I have achieved. At 66, I feel great and strong. I will add this to my routine. I hope to see more of them. Lifing weights has certainly helped wth my metabolism. Thank you

      Ok thanks! The music is a little harder... I'll see what we can do so you can still hear me! I do often recommend you add music you love in your background!

      I always add my own background music to these, then can set the tempo I like. Yes, this is a great video!

    I substituted this for my usual routine which has been causing me a lot of pain in the past vew weeks. Still got my blood pumping and my legs definitely felt it. Great start to the day. Thank you!

    Haha. My dog Phin started barking when he heard your dog bark. Really hard to convince him there wasn't another dog in the house. Great workout though!!

    Would be nice uf we all had thw room my livingroom is smaller than ur hallway only excersize ide be able to do is on the spot 😑

      My living room is small too, I modify it ,like ' shower style kata practice" lol ,just keep moving ,no excuses that's my opinion, even if it's box style exercises,the key is to keep moving , incorporating flexibility n mobility .
