  • Toyota CEO: "Our New Invention Destroys All Other Car Manufacturers''
For years, electric vehicles have been hailed as the future of transportation - promising cleaner air, quieter streets, and a revolution in energy consumption. But just when the world thought it had seen it all, Toyota unveils a game-changer, an innovation so revolutionary it sends shockwaves through the automotive landscape. Toyota has always been synonymous with innovation. But, what type of engine could this be that threatens to disrupt the very foundation of the EV movement? Join us as we uncover Toyota's newly developed engine will destroy the entire EV industry!
In the fast-moving world of cars, Toyota is stirring up quite a commotion with a bold claim that's got the whole electric vehicle industry buzzing with excitement. Not too long ago, Toyota made headlines by announcing the development of a hydrogen-combustion engine. But this isn't just any old hydrogen engine. While many other car makers have gone all-in on electric power, Toyota's charting a brand-new course.
They've invented a brand-new technology that's unlike anything we've ever seen before. Picture this: a revolutionary engine called the hydrogen combustion engine. It runs on hydrogen as its main fuel, hence the name. Now, what's truly special about this engine is what comes out of its exhaust pipe - not harmful carbon dioxide, but pure water. It's Toyota's innovative solution to shrink our global carbon footprint.

Where are the refueling stations at? How much to refuel? Is it going to require specialized repair shops to make repairs? What about parts, how easy or available?

First off, hydrogen needs special and expensive equipment to condense into liquid hydrogen. Then it needs special equipment to transport too. Same goes for storage. Not every country have that financial capability to purchase such equipments. Moreover, it requires lots of energy to break down, condense, store and transport. Unless you're doing it on a very large scale(millions of tonnes), then it could help bring down the cost significantly.

Good video. There are several methods to produce hydrogen gas. It makes sense to use the method in locations where the source substance is plentiful. Companies like Air Products and Chemicals are already building out the infrastructure to produce massive amounts of hydrogen gas. Toyota has been testing fuel cell technology in cars for over 14 years.

Here in Australia, we would not have more than 2 or 3 dozen fuelling stations.

What's happening in the LPG vehicle market. All the stations selling LPG are always deserted?
Would they be easy to convert to LPG?

Would it not be possible to allow water vapour to store while driving to continue the electrolysis process and create an ongoing cycle? I know there's a little more thinking into my thoughts. For my family, it's about affordability. Good on ya Toyota😊

Hyundai Nexo is the world first mass produced hydrogen cars!!! and Hydrogen cars won't be the main stream cars they are as hard as petrol cars in terms of fixing and repairing it.. Car should be simple to fix and to maintain like electric cars.

If the engine components are not corrosive then this Hydrogen power is OK. But if in a few WEEKS the ENGINES corrode then Toyota has a big problem except if the engines are lined w/ ANTI-CORROSION sometbing?

This is a bold statement by Toyota.
But a combustion engine using hydrogen may make sense. The principle is EV stores energy in a battery. Hydrogen cars in tanks. Tanks cost several times lower than a battery. The reactivity of hydrogen is better.

Using hydrogen as an energy to power engine is not new. The challenge is to make it cheap enough to commercialize for car industry. Toyota has long way to go and will face many competitors in the future.
