    좋은 정보 감사합니다 저는 데쳐서 팩에 넣어 냉동실 넣었다가 뼈우거지탕 끓일때 썻는데 이방법도 좋은거 같아요 남은 배추 우거지 이 방법으로 저장해야 겟어요 넘 싱싱한 겉대 버리기 넘 아까워요 만두소로 사용해도 좋겟어요~

    집에 병아리 콩은 많이있는데....

      대부분 볶은분말로 판매를 해서 저는 만들어 쓰고 있습니다.
      있는 병아리콩을 방앗간에서 빻아 오시면 됩니다.
      양이 너무 적으면 안 빻아줄수도 있으니 2키로 정도면 좋아요^^

      채반은 싸리나무채반으로 알아보시면 됩니다.
      국산은 아예 없어 외국에서 수입한걸 쓰고 있습니다.
      대나무보다 튼튼하고 채반으로 쓰기 좋습니다^^

      방법은 여러가지입니다.
      바싹 말리는게 중요합니다.
      가루를 만드신다음 실온에 두면
      딱딱하게 굳어집니다.
      냉동보관해 두면 보슬하게 사용하실수 있어요^^

      가정용기계는 한계가 있더라고요^^

    소금에 절인후에 물기를 짜나요? 전 이렇게 했는데 포슬포슬 하지 않더라구요. ㅠㅠ 왜 소교댁님처럼 안되는걸까요?

      시들시들한 배추를 사용해 물기를 짜지 않아도 됩니다.
      만약 싱싱한 배추라면 물기를 꼭 짜는게 좋습니다^^

      씻어 말리신다음 방앗간에서 빻으시면 됩니다.
      바싹 말리지않으면 보관중 곰팡이가 생길수 있어요.

      들깨가루는 드시기 직전 넣어 드시는걸 권하고 싶습니다.
      제가 알기로는 들깨가 좋은 식품인건 맞지만 산화속도가 최고로 빠른 재료라
      통들깨를 드시거나 들깨가루는 드시기직전 드시는게 좋다고 합니다.
      그래서 저는 통들깨로 사용하고 있습니다.

      아직 국내에서 생산하는 곳은 없는것 같아요.
      재배환경이 우리나라와는 다르다는 말이 있어요.
      구매하셔서 씻어 건조하신다음 방앗간에서 빻아오시면 돼요.

      반찬용으로 쓰기엔 별로입니다.

      콩을 구입하셔서 깨끗하게 세척한다음 바싹 말리셔서 방앗간에 가셔서 갈아서 사용하셔도 되고,
      인터넷이나 시장 마트등 날콩가루
      파는곳이 많습니다.
      번거로우시더라도 국산콩을 구매하셔서 방앗간에서 갈아 사용하시는게 좋습니다.
      아무래도 시중에 파는 가루는 유전자변형콩이 섞였을 가능성이 높습니다.
