    Why do I think that the real human ribcage is not that flexible to compress like that? I hope the rescuer doesn't break the ribs, they are not so hard bones😶😶

      Broken ribs are acceptable and even expected, as you need to push hard and fast. You're right that they aren't flexible, but they can heal. The important thing is to keep the brain alive through CPR.
