I have been considering multiple brokerages looking for one that fit my personality and needs best. This company was the first I came across after passing in October and their agent JW was just as kind and inviting as you say. I ran into her at a gym and she did not have to share. But she did!! Definitely stood out to me!

I'm a new agent at eXp. I switched with them in March 2024. But I am feeling the same as you. I don't feel like a part of their culture. Not that I am important or anything but I don't feel like I'm part of them. And the more I see and follow eXp agents on social media, the more I see that it's all about them.
Are you brand new? Part of a team? I do think cloud based is a little tougher no matter the brokerage when you are starting right out the gate but culture does play a BIG role in you wanting to plug in. What state are you in?
I’m with Coldwell Banker. I prefer a brick and mortar office right now. My broker and what the company offers is what keeps me here. She’s really great and helpful. If I ever consider moving it may be to REAL.
