Hi Rosemary, I love your content and gems you give. You mentioned that you're a little leary when you have a client that gave you a pre-approval from a lender that's a little bogus. How do you know if that bank/lender isn't reliable or trustworthy? Have you done your research are ALL credible lenders? Or just previous experience with lenders that we're the best to work with? I'm just curious to what made you say that?

I am actually contemplating moving to another city because I cant see myself buying a house in neighborhoods like this. I am not the kind of person to really care about the look/feel of my house but these Dallas homes are basically the definition of suburbia. Even older homes feel like suburbia.
