I am so grateful I came across your channel! This episode spoke to me in so many ways. I am dealing with burnout in my current field. Months ago, I visited my family in Dallas. After visiting I felt this major pull/want to be closer to them. My sister planted the idea that she could see me selling real estate in Dallas, if I moved there from Louisiana. I had never thought about it before but once she mentioned it I realized I was currently following a Top Agent in Dallas. I was inspired so I started doing research and watching TH-cam videos on real estate and listening to current agent’s advice. Fast forward to now, I started school with Champions School of Real Estate to get licensed in TX. I will be selling my home and moving from Louisiana to Texas in a few months. In the beginning just the mere thought was scary!! To say the least. I felt like I was letting go of everything I worked for, but on the other hand I’ve been in Louisiana by myself for years and I really miss being close to my family. I’ve spent many holidays and birthdays alone. I’ve missed family events and time with them because of work, so the need for a change was huge. That fear is gone now, and now it’s just pure motivation and drive to finish school and complete the biggest transition I’ll ever make. So I really want to thank you for this video because it has inspired me even more. 🩷

You are so right. I do not want to give up on being a Realtor. I'm 57 and I really want to do everything in my power and above to be successful in Real Estate. I've had my license since February 2024. I closed on 1 property this year. I know that I did not put everything in that I should have, because of finances and I did get fearful. I have a great broker. I work full time on another job. I will do Open Houses anytime. Everything you mentioned in this video is absolutely 100% me.

Consistency is my #1 - sometimes you go and go and go and soon burnout because you are putting all of your energy into something that isn’t working or has a long turn around time. So then you have to find a way to re-coup - which messes with the consistency lol As much of a people person I am - networking convos can be challenging too
