I’d love a video on the grocery list of fruits and veggies nuts seeds and greens you buy and how to chop, prepare, and what goes good with what! :) I work full time and will be in school full time so anything fast is great. ;) thank you for your content in vegan motherhood! You look GORGEOUS without makeup. It literally looks like you’re wearing makeup. Lol. Also, I would recommend the Velcro swaddles. You can find them at Walmart. They can’t kick out of those and sleep so well in them. They were my saving grace when my little boy was fresh.
My kids didn't sleep after feedings either. So I would get up and nurse and change the baby then I'd wake my husband up and he would have some snuggle time until baby fell asleep again while I went back to bed. It worked well to help us both get the sleep we needed in the night (we have 5 kids) The eat, play, sleep routine is great as kids get older too- they are able to put themselves to sleep instead of feeding to sleep. I hear my co-workers talking about their beauty routines of 20 different skin creams and eye creams. I often wonder if they need that stuff because of all of the damage the makeup is doing to their skin. Eat right and your body will just create beautiful skin. :-)

No makeup, the real you, is gorgeous. Like you, I also had way more milk that my third baby wanted, enough to feed twins, I think. It made it impossible to fully empty every time. I ended up with mastitis, which was pretty painful.
ahhh I feel your pain! Luckily things have stabilized a bit for me as long as I stay on top of feedings! I guess it's better to have too much rather than not enough! :D

You took me back to when my son was born. He'll be 7 yr old soon. When he was newborn, I was so scared that I wouldn't know what to do. I had no idea that God would guide my heart from day one. ... Maybe try getting a cosleeper, something that is attached to your bed. It really worked well for us.

Baby Max is adorable and I know that this doesn't help you, but my little one (only 4 days older than him) does the same thing at night sometimes, she eats then doesn't want to go back to sleep for a while... But I'm told that this should pass in a few weeks. I should try to use the wrap indoors too, as it's easier to do stuff. I would regain my mobility and maybe start filming videos again. Thank you for doing this and for being awesome!
You might want to keep drinking the Mother's Milk tea as it is a wonderful immune system booster for you and baby.. although you legit get tons of antioxidants anyway. Haha Baby #2 arrived for me December 27th and I know all about that interrupted sleep! Grabbing a nap when possible is a must! Typically best to do it when my toddler is taking her afternoon nap... so right now actually. :)
Beautiful nursery room. I would move the cord from the moon away from the crib. He can pull on it and it can get wrapped around his neck...I'm talking about when max will be a few months older and able to pull himself up

Instead of trying to cut down your supply please consider donating your milk instead! There are so many mothers who want their babies to be able to gain the benefits of breastmilk but can’t provide it themselves
Yeah you do look good with no makeup! Its really cool seeing you guys being so healthy and with a new born baby. Ive been vegan for 2 years and felt the best when I was eating the most whole foods. And one time when I lasted 9 days during rawgust xD I don't remember what I broke it with but I prefer savory over sweet so im sure it was something with salt :P

I agree with husband and Erica. No makeup. I haven't worn make up in almost 2 years. You have natural beauty. What matters most is who you are not what you look like with powders and "face paint" as the husband of me would say.
I def prefer make up free/all natural look. You mentioned your milk supply being good. Congrats!!! Careful when Max sleeps through the night the first time. I am sure you will love it and want to sleep too but probably get up and pump just to take the end off. Both times my kids slept through the night for the first time I ended up getting mastitis because I wasn't emptying like I was used to. No fun :/

You guys are so sweet and I love the vibe of the channel:) We are a family of 5, we have 3 boys and although we try to eat as much fruit and veggies as we can, we still talk all the time about cutting off the vegan junk. you guys have inspired me to take it to the next level and cut process foods. I really want to be completely whole food and is my goal for 2019. We do plenty smoothies and salads, we just gotta be more mindful with the snacks! Baby #2 arrived for me December 27th and I know all about that interrupted sleep! Grabbing a nap when possible is a must! Typically best to do it when my toddler is taking her afternoon nap... so right now actually. :)

Beautiful nursery room. I would move the cord from the moon away from the crib. He can pull on it and it can get wrapped around his neck...I'm talking about when max will be a few months older and able to pull himself up

Instead of trying to cut down your supply please consider donating your milk instead! There are so many mothers who want their babies to be able to gain the benefits of breastmilk but can’t provide it themselves

Yeah you do look good with no makeup! Its really cool seeing you guys being so healthy and with a new born baby. Ive been vegan for 2 years and felt the best when I was eating the most whole foods. And one time when I lasted 9 days during rawgust xD I don't remember what I broke it with but I prefer savory over sweet so im sure it was something with salt :P

You mentioned your milk supply being good. Congrats!!! Careful when Max sleeps through the night the first time. I am sure you will love it and want to sleep too but probably get up and pump just to take the end off. Both times my kids slept through the night for the first time I ended up getting mastitis because I wasn't emptying like I was used to. No fun :/

Hi! I’m new to your channel and I love it! You guys are so sweet and I love the vibe of the channel:) We are a family of 5, we have 3 boys and although we try to eat as much fruit and veggies as we can, we still talk all the time about cutting off the vegan junk. you guys have inspired me to take it to the next level and cut process foods. I really want to be completely whole food and is my goal for 2019. We do plenty smoothies and salads, we just gotta be more mindful with the snacks!
