One of my all time favorite comfort foods of all time. My homemade potato soup recipe is almost equivalent to yours except I only use one pot and I use one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken in place of your flour roux. I also add cheese in my pot before I serve top off with green onions when served. Yum yum

I hope this turns out well for you and you can give your brother a little competition. I really hope in time we will have better quality of groceries for what we pay. I'm getting ready to cut my veggies already too make this!! A couple of questions, though- 1) When you're initially finished with the veggie pot, do you reduce or remove it from heat? 2)Do you already have the veggie pot at a slow boil as you pour your 2nd pot into it? My stomach's growling already! 😅
Hi! In pot number one, you can let it sit with no heat until needed. Then, return the pot to heat and bring up the temperature, then add the second pot to it. I hope you enjoy it! G.W.

Hi, do u think it will come out fine without the chicken bouillon cube?
If you leave out the bouillon cube it will take away a lot of the taste
Did you use Garlic . I didn’t see you put that inc,and how much thank you . I loooved the soup.
I did use garlic but so many people do not like it, so I did not include it as I filmed, but you could use 1 1/2 tsp.
3 cloves is perfect !
Don’t forget the cheese 🧀 on top

I would saute the vegetables in butter about six or seven minutes then add everything else
They work fine the way I did it
