Very good informative video. If I may. I just got back from League City. I own rentals in the Houston Area and in San Diego Co., California. I hate to say this, but I do not see the savings if I were to personally move to H-Town. Other than fuel and the vehicle registration, everything else is the same if not cheaper in CA. The following is much cheaper in CA: Property tax, property insurance, car insurance, the electric bill (I live 10 mins from the pacific ocean), the food prices at HEB or Kroger are more expensive than at my local stores here in CA such as Food 4 Less or Gonzalez Markets. I should also point out that my rentals are all paid for so there is no mortgage. In the end, I will probably end up selling my Houston Area rentals due to the constant threat of Hurricanes and floods. Moreover, it is hot and humid as hell in H-town which means you AC at home is constantly running. Who knows, maybe Ill hit you up once my leases expire. I do like The Woodlands but that weather is pushing me away.

Yeah with everyone moving here, it definitely is not nearly as affordable as it was prior to the pandemic

Honestly, I don’t have any knowledge of the dating scene here. Met my Fiancée before I moved here! If I had to guess, I’d think it wouldn’t be too bad 🤷🏾‍♂️

What about the apartment pricing moving to Houston?

Depends on the number of bedrooms tbh.. 1 bedrooms average about $1,250 and 2 bedrooms $1,600 ish

What is your experience buying a car in Houston. I see all the videos discussing real estate and apartments, but what about buying a car. Everyone needs a car in Houston😮.

Do the video again, write down all the expense. At the end of the video show that sheet of paper with date and place (Houston) so we can screenshot that page and save it for future use.
