I just bought a 2001 Tahoe with 197,000 miles clean and strong running truck my parents owned one and it was a great truck it had almost 300,000 miles on it when they sold it and it was still running strong
I have 2005 Z71 4x4 hoe with 281,000 miles on it and it is still running strong. The only repairs so far other then fluids, tires and brakes have been a water pump, shocks and ball joints. Not too bad. I use it to yank a 4000 lbs ski boat between Florida and Michigan on a regular basis and she has never let me down. As much as I love the old Hoe she ain't going to tow 10,000 lbs at least not more than once or twice, 6,500 lbs is what they are rate for.
Me as iraqi , first when i saw the gmt400 in baghdad in the 90' was so in love with it and then became so papular for long distance taxis abroad bca the west banded our airplanes and the whole sanctions stuff , so suburbans were our airplanes to other countries, after that when this cameout gmt800 and till now i see it the most beautiful one even better look than the new ones ❤ ,now i am 40 years old and i have few years old beautiful bmw and still have appointment tomorrow to go buy a beautiful Tahoe 2001 i am so excited cus it's my teenage love car
the main weak points on the gmt 800 is rust and maybe the 4l60e trans but to be fair my dads 04 silverado has 230k and the trans hasnt been touched so i think thats a little over exagerated

Rust is always an issue here in the midwest...
Great video.
Was expecting some points to lookout for
For sure, 315hp? Do not the LM7, then?
Created by workers for workers...
Is that cammed?
Not cammed, factory stock.
