Crispy Pork Kare-Kare, SIMPOL!

- There are many variations of this classic Pinoy dish, but here’s a recipe that you will surely enjoy! Crispy pork belly on top of delicious thick peanut sauce! Watch the video for the whole procedure!
Serves 6 to 8.
INGREDIENTS:
*Use the Simpol Crispy Pork Belly recipe for the pork.
Set A (Sauce):
1 head garlic, minced
2 pieces onion, chopped
½ cup annatto seeds
½ cup flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
4-5 cups beef stock
Oil, as needed, to make annatto oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Set B (Vegetables):
1 piece banana heart, core removed
12 pieces sitaw (long beans)
2 pieces eggplant
1 bunch native pechay

Sarap ng luto po ninyong kare kare, kay sarsp kainin na may ginisang bagoong na may chicharon. Kainan na naman, pero hindi ako.nagsasawa. Sarap talaga.

It think the creaminess will come from the star ingredient which is the peanut butter. ☺️
