Agi, kamakuti hini nga pagluto. It's both labor- intensive and time- consuming. The traditional stew- style method is delicious enough for me and less than 3 hours time without so much handling & manipulation. Why make it so complicated, dudes? It's food, not a work of art to be displayed. Get real.

I suggest, instead of tap water for the sauce , use the pork broth instead😊.. but all in all it looks delicious ❤
