- The Hot Dog Bicycle of Berlin prepares one of the most popular and delicious Venezuelan Street Foods, which we would like to introduce to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode.
The Hot Dog Bicycle is called “El Chamo” and belongs to Viktor, who prepares the most Authentic Venezuelan Hot Dogs in Berlin with a lot of Passion and his Homemade Sauces. Street Food Hot Dogs are as popular in Venezuela as Bratwurst or Currywurst are in Germany - simply a Culinary Cultural Asset. What makes the Hot Dogs Special are the Special Toppings and, above all, the many different Homemade Sauces, from e.g. Bacon Sauce, Sweet Chili to Corn Sauce and Parsley & Coriander Sauce. It’s not for nothing that “Hot Dog Con Todo” means everything!

I'm always amazed how well things are stored in such small vehicle. The prep and set up are always my favorite part, as it truly shows how much work goes into running a food truck etc.
Also great that he explained that he adjusted his toppings to adjust to his customers. Yes, it be nice to have it all authentic, but I also know that people are not always open to new and different ingredients and combinations. Well done.

Leider ist Euch in der Videobeschreibung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Der Boxhagener Platz ist nicht in Schöneberg, sondern im Stadtteil Friedrichshain des Bezirks Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Kann passieren. Ihr wart im vorletzten Video in Schöneberg, beim Bauern Lindner am Winterfeldplatz.

Meinst du von dem Pepito? Das Problem ist daran, da es ja so mega voll beladen wird an Toppings und all den Soßen drauf, wenn du es dann noch anröstest, dann quillt beimersten Biss alles raus oder du bekommst eine Maulsperre😜

Man, food is very expensive in Europe. Usa is the same. Come doing those things in my island and you will return back home with your food😂. Why they are so expensive, don't tell me because the currency's value.
You can get hot dogs just like that in North America too (except for the potato sticks). We put onions, cole slaw, cheese, chili, relish and even sauerkraut on them.
This video is clearly about Germany. The world *is* bigger than North America.
