for changing the lock axis you can also use the M button instead of the joystick. :) Love your videos, keep up the great work. also, this gimbal is awesome, i just shot 2 weddings last weekend with it.
i have the peak handstrap on all my bodies, and swap from handheld a lot. so i put an additional swiss arca mount quick release on top of that plate. i took a white paint marker and made a small dot for each lens along the dash marks so i know where about to slide things into quick in the dark.

Thanks for this! Have you ever had issues with the horizon being off and how to fix it quickly? I had a wedding shoot last weekend. After I arrived, I balanced it and auto tuned and found the horizon was off by like 5 degrees when I was trying to do the establishing shots. I didn't have time to troubleshoot, but luckily it corrected itself by the time the ceremony started. I just had to fix the horizon in post for all those establishing shots. :(

It drives me crazy that I have to think "which way do I move the joystick?... Grrr wrong way again..." Then I feel like I can't control the speed of the tilt. Can you share any tips that I can practice on?

Hi Atola,, thanks for sharing. You went a bit way too fast for me there.. I just can't figure out HOW TO BALANCE THE ROLL THING? IT always comes in the way. Like in your video at 2:56. The Gimbal's base rod, the Last Pan axis is coming in the way, and roll axis can't just go about it. IS IT NORMAL? Don't we want our gimbal to be able to just go round n round and round? A quick reply will be highly appreciated. I need to see if I need to return the gimbal ? :( :( :(

I just started using the motion timelapse on this gimbal and it's amazing! My only problem with this gimbal is that my camera does not finish shooting my time-lapse interval time. It usually stops halfway.
Great tutorial and very useful. I'm still using my Glidecam HD4000. I'm looking at different gimbals all the time, because they seem to be so easy to use especially in f.e. windy conditions or zooming in and out quickly or holding the horizon. But I just can't get along with the robotic "up and down" movement of all gimbals. It just takes away from this "flying/gliding" feeling. I don't really understand why it is so different compared to a glidecam (without spring arm and vest!). 🤔 Are there some tricks? Why nobody really cares about it?
When I pan left or right with my feet, the gimbal doesn’t stay centered. It starts wandering off. What setting would make it just stay centered? Thank you so much!

Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure since I haven't seen that but you should def hit up the companys customer support. Try updating the firmware and doing a calibration just in case first
I don't know why I try balancing Sony A7iii with 24-105. I get everything right but my roll motor doesn't hold in any position after balancing all axis like you did at 3:07 time. No matter what I move and what I do my roll motor wont let me leave it at any axis.
I just got my moza air 2 and it didn't come with the Sony USB control cable... Do you know where I could buy one? The cables I have will let me change shutter speed, iso and f stop and it'll let me record video but won't allow me to activate the shutter (take stills)
Does anyone else have any issues with the MOZA vibrating violently on startup? I’ve balanced everything properly however getting the app and gimbal to cooperate with one another has been a real hassle.
I have the same set up and love it. My one complaint is how inconsistent and glitchy the camera interface is. As you know, you can control ISO, shutter speed, etc from the gimbal -awesome-but then at critical times during recent shoots it works then doesn’t work. Has this happened to you?
atola visuals I have an A73 which has some capability but it is glitchy. Pro tip for users: start the gimbal while the camera is in photo manual mode. Then switch to video. Capability will transfer but it is glitchy.
Me: Finally balanced the thing! Let's try this autotune next... Gimbal: Freaks out, spins off the tripod and falls on the floor Other than that no trouble so far (except some vibrations when left on tripod)

It sounds like it needs to be correctly balanced first or calibrated

Under camera settings I am not seeing my camera (Nikon Z6), I only see Shutter Cable, MCSC-Multi, MCSC-MultiC. and MCSC-Remote. Help.

I love your videos, but Moza has no customerservice I need the wire to connect my I focus to my moza air 2
I just connect my iFocus M to my Moza Air 2. It's important to have the latest firmware on the gimbal and on the iFocus. Otherwise it won't work.

My camera doesn't have that compatibility unfortunately. But sometimes the shutter won't work and I just restart it

Do not calibrate with a low battery. This power is not enough for motors and successful calibration.
