Thank you! About to switch my chrome out for black ones!
Thank you , this is the only useful video on this.
Worked well thanks!
..... Thanks, doing this this weekend!!! 👍
What Bulb do I need to buy ? LED?
Dumb question but is it a similar process for the 2009 year model?
Yes that’s a really dumb question
When u going to post the video of blacking out all of the chrome please ?
Khalid Ali didn’t know ppl wanted a video of that was gonna see if people were interested. I already did the tail light bezels it’s simple just scuff em up with a scotch pad then spray em whatever black finish you prefer or you can plasti dip if that’s your thing. The emblems I dipped because it’s an easier process. I have the window trim left but I can make a video of that and show how I did the emblems and all.. I’ll keep you updated I’ll try do it this week if I got some time.
These are not typical flat head or phillips head screws. How did you guys remove them?
Been a while since I did this, I believe it was the star key bolts. Can get a cheap set at a local Harbor freight or any auto place. Jeeps love to have every single different bolt differentiation and sizes.
@@IXIslimjimIXI Ugh. Okay, thanks Egor for the response back!
This is the only video that I have seen showing this that is actually helpful. Could you please do this for the fog light bezels on the front?
Did you end up doing the fog lights? I can do a video on that as well its pretty simply.
@@IXIslimjimIXI Im interested in replacing the fog light bezels too but I don't know how to remove them
@@AldoIbarra1998 super easy. 10mm bolts on both sides of the fenders... open the hood, all clips up top and start pulling it off; take off half the fender clips too, and start tugging ... then has 2 hex nuts on each fog light bezel and some clips. Once you start doing it it’s super simple. If you guys really need a video I can make one
@@IXIslimjimIXI yeah if you could make one that would be great cause Im not too sure what I'm doing
Didnt really show any technique. Why talking about painting anything? How do you replace the lights?
No way a screw driver
Nobody said you had to use a screw driver, I believe I mentioned you can tape the end of it or can use plastic clip screwdriver... if your worried about scratches probably shouldn’t do this 😉 plus I did a full paint correction on it anyways if I did “scratch it.”
@@IXIslimjimIXI Never seen someone that can do paint correction with a dirty vehicle.
